I love this company. Brandon was great! Came out same day. Fast, efficient and honest. I always feel like they are being straightforward and not pushing extras. Second time using them. Will stick with them in the future for sure.

I am so impressed with their services. Last time they came here to check the status of our air conditioning and they told our property manager about the issue. They sent technician again to fix the problem that I didn’t know that was the problem. Now the air conditioner is not as noisy as before and they even educated me how to use the air conditioning the right way. The technician Delan and Mario are both great at their jobs. The company is so professional to text me the confirmation of the appointment and text me the reminder one day before the appointment and Tex me again that they are on their way to my house. I just moved from Taiwan to Arizona two years ago and I feel these texts reminds me about my home town and I love it. I feel they care about me and their jobs.

Island breeze a/c is always quick to respond when in need. Helped my family out once again today and had my ac unit up and running again in no time. When my old AC unit started giving me trouble, I called them, and they quickly answered the phone. even though I was a new customer, Julee was super nice, thorough, and helpful! The scheduling process was seamless, and their technician, Hayden, arrived right on time. They conducted a thorough inspection, explained the issues clearly, and provided me with MULTIPLE options for repairs and replacements. I really appreciated their transparency and lack of pressure. Brandon was fantastic! Not only did he take time to explain every aspect of what he was inspecting and why so we could make informed decisions about what to repair, what to not worry about, and honest advice about when we should be thinking about replacing vs. repairing. He also found a new leak that he originally thought was the A/C but he did further investigation and found it was actually a leak from our roof. Had he not taken the time to be thorough we would have left out of town with a slow leak in our attic space and unknown how much damage it could have caused. Thank you so much Brandon and the whole island breeze team. They were on time, very communicative (before, during and after the service), and extremely helpful. I would highly recommend them.

They beat the competitors price by about 40%, kept me and my tenant in constant contact with text updates, arrived as scheduled, completed the installation within two days, left the job site clean, and the onsite technicians were very professional. My service technician, Brandon, did a spectacular job. On time, actually early, and then proceeded professionally to do his job. He did a thorough investigation on my system. Thankfully, all things were working as expected, but I really trust this company and I’m so thankful somebody recommended them to us. Now I recommend them too.

They so far have done a new unit on our rental, a new mini split on our home and several check ups on our rentals and home. The install process looked very professional. All lines, roof jacks and unit placement was meticulous. The checkups they have done are honest; they only fix what is necessary and didn't try to upsell us with things we don't need. I had an issue with my HVAC and Island Breeze came out on a Saturday just two hours after I called. Everything from the first phone call to the maintenance to check out was easy and done well. Darrel was not only polite, but answered all of my questions and provided information through every step of his process in a way that was easy to understand. Thankfully it was just a minor issue, but they were so great that I signed up for the biannual maintenance plan while they were here.
