I should be the last person giving SG Mechanical 5 stars. There was a mistake made in my house which led to an uncomfortable night, but the way they handled the mistake is what earned them my rating. Matt, my technician, came by very early to correct the mistake, and then after a long day, came back in the evening to make doubly sure that everything was working properly. Mistakes happen, and it’s how the mistakes are handled that shows who you are, and in this case SG Mechanical and Matt showed that they are truly good people and professionals.

I was surprised how quickly they were able to send someone to help with our AC issue. Matt was very professional and was able to diagnose the problem quickly. Would highly recommend SG Mechanical.

I would HIGHLY recommend SG Mechanical!!! Our 20 year old unit died in the middle of summer. It was miserable. Leah was so great and very quick to get a hold of me. Because I was at work we had to do a little bit of phone tag. She never stopped until she got a hold of me. She worked with my schedule. Andy was right on time and very honest about what we needed and when it could be done. We had a quote by the end of the business day. From first call to quote was 11 am to before 5!! Andy worked a miracle and was able to find what we needed and get guys to our house on Friday. My husband was there for the installation and said Matt Stone and Kirkland Ulrich were amazing! They worked so hard and stayed to make sure it was working properly. And it was Matt's birthday. He still stayed. They were right on time and very professional. We had a minor issue and had to call the emergency number during a holiday weekend and Miles came out sooner than we expected. Fixed the issue very quickly. Andy was great with making sure everything has been taken care of. I would give everyone a 10 star rating if I could. Thank you so much for everything SG Mechanical!!

We were having an issue with our air conditioner and we called SG Mechanical. Andrew came out to check our system. He was able to diagnose it quickly. We have use this company in the past because they have always been excellent with their work and they are very fairly priced. He found out that a piece of equipment which had been installed prior, was faulty. He fix that issue and actually refunded us money for the original part. Nobody does that. My wife and I were floored that we actually got money back and he did not charge us for the service call. We HIGHLY recommend SG Mechanical. Not only is their workmanship upper class, they are very honest also.

Andy is awesome. Highly recommend doing the monthly membership. You get your unit checked twice a year and a discount on parts/service. I called with a problem at the end of the day and Andy sent a tech out that night.

S&G has been servicing our 8 heat pumps for about 4 years at the association in Sun City and have never had a complaint or issue with the company. They arrive on time, notify when in route contact and give a detailed account when completed. Have made repairs on equipment and have always been honest and straight forward on cost & type of repair. Andy and the office staff are very professional, efficient and handle request quickly. I recommend S&G to anyone needing service. Over the years I have used a dozen companies and I will state that S&G is by far the best HVAC company in the valley.

So HAPPY we found them!!
We were looking for someone to help us with our older air-conditioning unit and stumbled upon SG Mechanical Heating and Air on Google.
Miles came out for an emergency call because our air conditioner went out again. He was on time, nice, professional and extremely knowledgeable. He was quick with his work too. Didn't try to upsell anything or charge us for extra work, which made us feel safe and like we were actually being taken care of. He saved the day and fixed our unit in this Phoenix June heat!
We loved him so much we decided to ask him if we could sign up for their service club membership!

I called SG MECHANICAL approx 2 hours ago and Jeff was here, identified the problem with our AC, ordered the part, and explained the issue thoroughly to my wife and I so that we were both confident in our understanding of the process. All within the last 2 hours! 5 star experience!

We had a complicated and important job which updated and improved our 3 zone home that had been damaged by an instillation that was not up to our needs.

My AC went out in the morning, I called SG Mechanical, They were able to send a technician within a few hours. Technician Jeff, was very friendly and professional. He worked very hard to get the AC unit fixed the same day, but couldn't due to one lack of tools needed for the connection of the replacing part. He came back first thing the next morning and he had the AC running again within 1 hour. I'll continue to use SG Mechanical and refer them to anyone.

Andy is very knowledgeable about Aprilaire products and systems. He, and his crew did a great job of installing air purification in an existing HVAC system, as well as Aprilaire humidification.

The other company I called before SG Mechanical was more interested in having me sign up for membership than getting someone out to repair. I found SG on Google. Andy was pleasant & empathetic. I told him I have asthma. He dispatched Matt out to my home. Matt is awesome! He got to work & got my A/C running. SG Mechanical is my new go-to for all A/C maintenance!!

Everything was great from start to finish from the first contact with the office staff throughout the whole process of installing two humidifiers which included a ton of work. Would recommend this company to my friends and family along with anyone else, great Job guys. When Matt came for maintenance it was the same experience, excellent!!!

I use SG Mechanical for both my home and business. They respond quickly, go the extra mile to get the job done and charge fair prices. Really can't ask more than that, right?

The team that came out to install the new a/c unit and air handler were great. They were personable and knowledgeable. I honestly have no idea how they were all working in this AZ heat for over 7hrs just at my house in good moods. I have never had an a/c company come out to repair or replace anything that weren't in bad moods before until this company. They were also very thorough and had a much better warranty on parts/labor than the previous company we had worked with(Alaskan). We have always had airflow problems and had that previous company(Alaskan) come out multiple times told us they did this and that but nothing really changed with the airflow it just cost us money to have them come out and "repair" things. It has barely been 2 days since this company came out to replace and fix everything and I already notice a huge difference! Lastly, they cleaned up after themselves and then some. They even vacuumed the stairs before leaving which was above and beyond. I would definitely recommend this company to everyone.

Great service. The appointment was scheduled at 7am on a Sunday and the technician was out within the hour. Jeff diagnosed efficiently and verified the need for a new capacitor. He did not stop there, he gave a very thorough inspection of all components from the compressor fan to the air handler as well as checking refrigeration levels and all electrical circuits. Very satisfied

Thank you so much for helping with our thermostat issue! Our old Honeywell thermostat went out, and when we tried to swap it ourselves with a matching one (which we could only find on eBay due to the age), the wiring seemed to be different. We have had other professionals take a look, and they all seemed to be just as puzzled as we were. I found this company through Google, saw that they had good reviews, and decided to give them a try, and am sure glad that I did! Customer service was great, they were upfront about possible costs so there were no surprises (and thankfully there were no other issues with my old system), and the tech Zach was in and out in about an hour. I would highly recommend this company based on my experience, and will be reaching out myself when I inevitably need help with my AC or thermostat again.
