Our ac stopped working in the middle of a Saturday night (of course always the most convenient of times). We called Island Breeze early morning on Sunday - they answered promptly and had a tech to our home within just a couple of hours. They were so friendly and kind and were able to fix the issue same day. Grateful for the service on a weekend in this heat! Highly recommend.

The phone was answered on the first ring. The receptionist was happy to set me up with an immediate service call. Her manner was casual, friendly and she spoke clearly. Very cool of Tyler to get right over the same day I called for service. He was on time, professional and caring. Because of my instant comfort with both the people I worked with so far, signed up for their annual service subscription that will ensure my system stays healthy.

Island Breeze replaced two roof ac units at our home. Their communication was excellent, and the tech even used FaceTime with me to answer questions and give me visuals on what wasn’t working and what needed to be done. He was extremely patient with me as I asked many questions and left me feeling very confident with how the replacement would take place. Their work was quick, which was not only important due to summer heat but this is a rental home so coordinating with us and our tenants was very important. Their process was seamless and I am looking forward to using island breeze for maintenance moving forward. Communication on all fronts was fantastic from the tech, office, and owners. I would recommend island breeze to close friends and family.

Amazing customer service. A/C went out on Labor Day. Didn’t have any techs available so the owner came out and resolved the issue within minutes of being on site. Extremely thorough. Went over everything he was doing and showed me step by step of everything. VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE. I can’t say enough how much I appreciate their quick responses to my needs in resolving our issue. Have had ac issues all summer, after an expensive “repair” our system hasn’t worked properly. Had it “cleaned” a months and a half ago by the same company and today the system stopped working.
I was so worried about who to choose to come out on a Sunday to get us up and running again and a game plan on what we can do going forward after the experience I have had all summer but I took a chance on Island Breeze based on their reviews.
I am so glad I went with them, Angel was our technician, he listened to everything that we’ve been through and made me feel confident he was knowledgeable and experienced. He quickly got to the issue and gave us several options and ultimately got us up and running again without having to make a decision on more expensive cleanings right away without knowing if there was something more nefarious going on besides dirty coils. We now have our system back running and a game plan to move forward. Will definitely continue doing business with this company and particularly Angel, going forward.

Island Breeze Air Conditioning and Heating installed our new Air Conditioning System and we are thrilled with their work! They were ‘on time’ and ‘on budget’ and we also use their maintenance services which has also been outstanding. Great work and great people. Highly recommend!

Outstanding experience. Within 48 hours Island Breeze replaced my old AC with a 5 ton Trane unit and had my family cool again. All for a great price!

I've used SG Mechanical for nearly 4 years and have always been pleased with their prompt service, timely call backs and knowledgeable technicians. Andy (owner)was very helpful explaining what new heat pump would be best for my house. I decided on a Bosch single unit heat pump with a variable speed. It's quiet and has been VERY energy efficient which has saved me on my energy bills.

SG Mechanical - AC continues to provide excellent service! They keep you informed when your service person is arriving. Matt was awesome, and when finished servicing the unit spent time to answer questions and explain what he had done. definitely would continue to recommend SG Mechanical.

I had a great experience with SG Mechanical.  For starters, the service technician, Patrick, that came out to inspect my unit was very friendly and explained everything in detail and in a way I was able to understand. Great customer service!!

Unfortunately, I needed a new AC unit.

Figuring it all out now.... Andy and Leah answered every question I had about AC sizes, pricing, financing in detailed and in a timely manner.  They made it seamless! Thank God!!!   That's a headache I didn't have to worry about!

Then came installation day!! Mark and Zach did an exceptional job while installing my new AC unit.  They were clean, professional, courteous and informative on every aspect of the job.  They even helped tweak one of my vents to get more airflow in a rear room!

Over all, my experience was beyond what I would have expected!  All individuals I encountered and worked with were exceptional and kind.  Thanks guys for a wonderful experience!!  God bless you all!

SG have been great. Today our tech Ray was great to work with. He inspected each unit (we had 6) and patiently reviewed with our maintenance manager what needed to be addressed. He was thorough, courteous, we highly recommend him to do your yearly maintenance.

Miles came out to complete service on our two air-conditioning units. The entire process from placing a service call to his prompt arrival and thorough inspection were all fantastic. He also explained his findings very well. I am very impressed and trust them with my air conditioning needs!

SG responded right away when AC went out (97 degrees out). They diagnosed the fan/blower motor was bad. Since it was a proprietary Carrier part, had to wait until Carrier opened on Monday. Then SG came out 9am first thing Monday morning with the part and made the repairs. Excellent response and service!
