Javier was apologetic for not getting to the house on time. The other appointments took longer so it pushed us back. We understood. He was very thorough and asked if we needed the paperwork from the conditioner. We declined but the company emailed the work to us. He was very kind asking if we had any questions and answered everything I had questions about.

Brandon came to our house to do a couple tasks. #1 - Replace an HVAC filter. We give him a 5 out of 5 on that. #2 - Determine why one of the rooms in my house continuously felt 3-ish degrees colder that the Trane system controller says it should be. (we have a 3 zone HVAC system.) Besides the fact that you could physically feel the cooler difference in temperature between the rooms we were able to demonstrate the actual difference in temperature using 4 different (recently calibrated) thermometers. Despite showing this to Brandon, he continued to try to explain that the system was working fine and that our request was not valid. The thermometer that he brought with him disagreed with our calibrated thermometers which reinforced his feelings. We agreed to disagree and Brandon proceeded to contact his supervisor and request him to come out to our house and provide a second opinion, which he did a day later. The result was that the supervisor confirmed that the room was actually colder than it should be and that it was caused by an incorrect 3 degree offset that was modified by the installers a year earlier when our new system was installed. Brandon was a very nice gentleman and I'm sure that Reeis will provide some additional training to help him for these types of issues in the future. One thing that also surprised me was that Brandon's thermometer (which disagreed with my 4 calibrated thermometers by a number of degrees), was one that he had to purchase on his own. I would have expected that such an important HVAC tool like a thermometer would be provided and regularly calibrated by Reeis to ensure that their techs had what they needed when they represented their company at customer sites. Maybe that's something that Reeis might want to consider? Overall, we are very happy with our Trane HVAC system and Reeis did eventually resolve our issue.

Sebastian was the best!! Knowledgeable, professional, and honest. I wanted to have the PuriFi system installed in my 2 air conditioners and he explained the pros and cons. Eventually I did get the 2 PuriFi systems installed and noticed the quality of the air almost immediately. The Reeis organization is very good!!

Victor came and did a thorough inspection of the heating and cooling system for a property we are considering purchasing. He gave us a detailed explanation of what absolutely needs to be addressed and an idea of what should probably be done. We appreciate his time and expertise.

Brandon from Island Breeze Air came out to fix my AC. It’s hard to get five star service. But I believe that’s what he gave. He was friendly, knowledgeable, informative, answered all my questions, diagnosed the problem and fixed it. Called Island Breeze on Friday about 4.30 and they had Brandon out the next morning. They were fair and easy to work with. It was a pleasure and I would recomend.

Called Island Breeze at 8am on a Monday morning after our AC went out during the weekend. They had a technician out who fixed the issue within two hours. Originally called Goettl AC who installed the system for us a couple years ago and were told they couldn’t be out until Thursday. Thank you Island Breeze, great company and service.

Had them out to perform a semi-annual inspection. The technician they sent out completed a thoroughly detailed inspection after testing voltages, pressures, temperatures, etc and came back with some recommendations. He was able to perform them same day, and I now have the confidence that the system will continue performing well. I will use them from now on for my AC needs.
