Terrific electrical service at a very reasonable price. Jedi and Zane were professional, polite, thorough, tidy- and did a great job. I highly recommend them.

Daniel performed the maintenance service for our HVAC. He is honest, professional, knowledgeable and friendly. The service was very informative. We received a discount for replacing the capacitor to our HVAC system via the Happy Home membership from Reeis. I am very happy with the service we received today and highly recommend Reeis/Daniel for any HVAC tasks.

I just had Phoenix and his partner out to replace the AC unit at my rental house. They were beyond professional and so helpful. I had back surgery and couldn’t do much and they told me not to worry..they had everything taken care of. I highly recommend them both. Thank you!

This is the second time Jay has been out to my house. First time was to measure for my new unit, and this is the first time to have my unit looked at. He was really thorough and explained everything, but still went up to the roof to check out the unit. I really appreciate that.

We have been REEIS customers for 6 years. Today, Daniel came out to do our winter maintenance and look at our upstairs thermostat which was not working properly. He was very friendly, efficient and informative.

Reeis installed our new AC 2 years ago and it has been nothing but wonderful service - we have their plan and get regular check ups - the techs are always friendly and knowledgeable - a shout out to Jay who performed our most recent inspection - prompt, courteous and thoroughly reviewed and answered our questions

I called REEis off a recommendation from a family member and will be recommending them to family and friends in the valley as well! They were able to get me in on short notice for an AC inspection and Jay, the technician was friendly, communicative, and efficient!

Phoenix, Joshua and Jedi did an awesome job installing my new AC/ Heating unit and Jedi did the electrical work. They were very respectful and left my areas around the house and in my garage clean. They worked very hard. I also appreciated the portable AC. It was brought out to help me feel cool in my home, while they worked installing my new unit.
I also appreciate James who helped me with picking the best unit for my home.
When I needed to call the Reeis office, I was always treated with kindness from the office staff. Thank you all. 🙂

The Reeis Team provided a truly professional experience. From scheduling the service appointment, performing inspections, troubleshooting, recommendations with explanations, and making the repairs, they were all great to work with.

The quality AC work and testing by Sr. Technician Brandon was complemented by the electrical inspection and troubleshooting led by the Electrical Division Manager Jedi.

It's been over a year, but this needs to be shared.
I was getting estimates to replace 2 split system heat pumps. I had one estimate for 2 American Standard Silver 15 units.
I called Reeis and asked for an estimate on 2 Trane XR15 units. American Standard and Trane are more less the same, with mostly cosmetic differences.
The dude who came to my house proceeds to work up an estimate for 2 Trane XR16 units, which included air filters at the air handlers, which are in my attic crawl space. Who the heck wants to deal with changing those out?
I told him, as I pointed to "XR16" in the quote that I want a quote for the XR15.
The guy had the gall to say to me "That is the XR15." smh....
Two days later, I gave him a chance to redeem himself and asked for an XR15 quote. He sends me a quote for two XR14 units.
To this day, I'm unsure if he was dumber than a box of rocks of if he thought I was dumber than a box of rocks.
Of course, I went with another company.
Reeis has a lot of good reviews and averages 4.9/5.0 on Google. It's clear that they are largely doing a good job. It's too bad that I got their one lousy employee to visit my home.

Why did he (I'd rather not name the sales guy because we all make mistakes) not tell me that you do not sell the XR15?
I literally pointed to "XR16" in the quote and he said "That is the XR15." Like, how hard is it to say, we don't offer the XR15? How can I trust a company that does not send an honest person to my house? I respect honesty. I understand that you don't like my "dumber than box of rocks" comment, but the man bald face lied to me, so either he was dumb, or he thought I was. For the record, I don't think he's dumb.

I bought a new build condo earlier this year and as part of the punch list process had some ductwork issues that impacted the HVAC system.

Gregory from Reeis Air Conditioning came out to replace a motor and also checked out the key metrics (cold splits, sub cooling, coolant levels, etc.). Gregory could not have been nicer. I climbed up on the roof during the process and Gregory was polite and took the time to explain what was going on. His demeanor was TOTALLY positive customer facing and I appreciated it.

Thanks to Reeis and double thanks to Gregory. Anyone would be lucky to have him as their tech.

2/17/25: Quick history - our unit is about 8 yrs old, installed by Goettl. We have had issues w/ them from day one. Be it poor communication, to misinformation, to techs not putting the fuses back into the box. Needless to say, we have experienced a lot of crap w/ them.

Their latest? They wanted $473 to fix/replace the whip, which apparently covers the wires outside (see photo). They didn't "want to scare us" but said it's a fire hazard; they told us this after doing their inspection, then sitting in their van for about 15 minutes -- it felt as if they were simply out there, planning their latest scheme to bilk us out of money.

Needless to say, after this latest scare tactic, we opted to get a second opinion with REEis A/C. Whoa, what a difference?

REEis sent out James, who was very friendly, clean, professional, NO SCARE TACTICS. :-) He jerry rigged (or should I say James rigged) the whip, simply pushing it back up into place. Who knew it was that easy? It didn't stay that way, but more on that later.

James did point out that our dryer lint was blowing back into the house & building up (something Goettl never pointed out, insert angry emoji). A couple weeks later, we made the appointment to have James come back to clean the dryer vent and try again w/ the whip, as it fell back down.

The whip he simply zipped into place with two zip ties. I imagine that won't last forever, especially in the AZ brutal summers, but at least it will give us time to save up money until we opt to have REEis replace it. Whew!

The dryer vent was Nasty w/ a capital N. He cleaned that out lickity split. I must say, our dryer seems to be operating much more efficiently since then -- and now we know to call REEis in another 3-5 yrs to have it cleaned out again.

James did mention their membership rate during his first visit but he did not apply any pressure at all to try to get us to sign up -- which is very much appreciated, and is one of the reasons why we are going to cancel Goettl's stupid Sadie membership and get on with REEis.

Installers PHOENIX PRICE and JOSH RICHARD did a fantastic job today installing our new HiSense residential split a/c unit. They started as planned this morning at 7 am and were finished between 2 and 3 pm. They cleaned up when they were finished, were respectful and informative and did not affect anything else in the house. I highly recommend this business for their technical skills and attention to detail.
