Daphne was phenomenal! She was very professional, a straight shooter, and I soon trusted her as she lead me through the maintenance of our HVAC. Daphne has excellent, easy to understand, communication skills. I highly recommend.

We had Isaiah come out for a AC check up and he was on time and very professional. He cleaned the coil and checked the whole unit and told us it was in fine working. It was nice to see a company being honest and not try to sell you something you didn’t need. Great company! Would highly recommend and will use again.

Also, Brittney in the office was very kind and helpful. Overall nice people to work with.

Jordan and the whole team at One Hour really know their stuff. They care deeply about getting the job well done and were so quick to respond to all of my needs. I trust them wholeheartedly and am relieved I found them!

Daphne was amazing! We just had another company come 2 days prior and yet Daphne found more/ or debunked what the other company said. One of the parts that we needed to replace was even cheaper with this company! Great service and, quality work, and unbeatable pricing. Thank goodness for one hour heating & air conditioning.

Really the last 2 techs that came out Cory and Daphne were both fine . I can say moving forward I won’t be using the company anymore . First tech from this company I ever dealt with in May said my blower motor burnt up . “Covered under warranty” but cracked me for $500 for the repair … cool .. whatever . 8 months later . Wow AC broke again . This is a 3.5 year old unit mind you . They come out , now it’s the control board . Well wouldn’t ya know these new techs came out and said .. man look at this , your ground is terrible and this and that and we’re gonna fix it all for you I can’t believe they’d install it like this . I said huh that’s weird figured you fix a ground that’s shorting out when you got me for $500 the first time . But nah .. give us $500 again . So I’m 1k into a repair that was probably just a bad ground the whole time . Truly my fault for not just diagnosing it myself. O well . On to the next company I suppose . Being an automotive tech I can truly see why people hate us now . That’s a plus right ? Some self awareness about doing the job right the first time(difference is my company doesn’t take advantage of customers) I guess I’m grateful for that self reflection at least . The 2 star is strictly for Cory’s service and diag and Daphnes repair .. that’s it . It’d be 0 without them .

Highly recommend One Hour Heating and Cooling of the West Valley. Isaiah and Jordan (owner) came out to perform an AC tune up and we were happy with the service. Both were professional and knowledgeable. We were shown the before and after pictures and they let us know exactly what was going on with our unit. Excellent service from start to finish and we will be using them again in the future.

Daphne was awesome and knows her stuff. She was very thorough and explained everything for me and my husband to understand! She also didnt make me feel like she was trying to close a sale! She confirmed what we had suspected the issue was that was caused by the builder. Definitely recommend this company

I just wanna say this company is as good as your gonna get, coming from a over particular perfectionist. After a pricing mishap the owner honored the service and kept the price that was originally quoted Corey and his worker did an outstanding job on my 2 units stayed til 8 pm until all work was done and re checked. Very thorough explanations about the work, didn't once try to over sell me something I didn't need. The young lady who took the call from the beginning was very polite and friendly and that goes a long way in customer service. If there was a higher rating the 5 star this company deserves it.

Our old AC unit went out on us. I am so glad we called Jordan at One Hour AC. He was super helpful throughout the entire process. He presented us with a number of options which made my wife and I feel comfortable with him. We ultimately chose to have them install a new unit and upgrade our duct system( it was a mess). Jordan and his staff answered all of our questions and had us up and running with a new unit in a coupe days. We highly recommended them for any AC and heating issues. They’re honest, fair, and were a pleasure to work with.

Jordan the owner and the man himself, came out to look at my motor that wasn't blowing very well. He quoted me a price half of what the big corporate AC guys quoted me and even gave me a solid plan of action if I wanted to take on the work myself. These guys are communicative, honest, and hardworking folks and I wont be going back to the competition again. When you know you know 🤝

Erhen and Corey did a great job on my AC maintenance and very knowledgeable. Stay untill 8:30 PM on a Friday to ensure everything was working properly and efficiently. Found a leak and diagnosed it asap

Jordan and his team were outstanding!!! I really appreciate the professional craftsmanship. They were extremely prompt and replaced my mother's rooftop heat pump with his team three days after we spoke. I can't say enough good things about Jordan and his team! Jordan, Edward and Micca were fantastic throughout the entire process of my HVAC going out. They scheduled install of a new unit the next day. They even brought over a loner window unit to cool my house. While they made the repairs.

Daphne was amazing! She was kind, easy to talk with and very knowledgeable. She replaced a few things and had the system running in under an hour! I highly recommend One Hour Heating & Cooling for all your hvac needs.

Corey was very friendly and did a great job inspecting our ac unit and providing efficient quality service. The first time we used this company was when our a/c went out last summer and they squeezed us in even though it was dark and fixed it for us so we wouldn't have to sleep in a hot house that night, and it's worked great ever since. Thank you for everything you guys do!

Great customer service, great transparency! I had Jordan come out to look at my A/C. Got the problem(hopefully) figured out and a repair cost that was shocking low for what it needs. They are clearly the best in AZ. I will recommend to everyone.

Corey came Over for a routine cleanup and tuneup of my AC system. He was super professional, the nicest guy, and didn’t try and push all of these unnecessary maintenance items. He gave recommendations, And told me what would be purely an upgrade versus actually required, and what I could hold off on until the next visit. I appreciated the honesty and professionalism highly recommend this company!
