They put me on their call list and someone named Debbie calls me 3 times a day no matter how much I say to stop calling. Can I please deal with my dead cat in peace? What is wrong with you people?

My Service Tech was Dominick. He was fantastic. Knowledgeable and courtesy explaining everything to me. Very good experience.

Things were going really well until we got to pricing. The technician was definitely knowledgeable and made great recommendations. When I asked him to honor a coupon they had on their website, the tone posture became hostile, I was told to take it or leave it, and unfortunately, nothing was resolved after speaking to their service manager, Joseph. Any reasonable person would look at the coupon on their specials page, with a coupon perforation border printed on, and assume it’s a special they are running. If this isn’t bait and switch, what is?

Repair tech said $670 to replace a common capacitor. A ten minute operation and $20 part to fix. I paid the minimum $90 fee to diagnose and declined the extremely overpriced service. Ordered two capacitors online for less than $40 and now I have a cheap back up ac works and the part arrived overnight and took ten min to install. That is how they make a living scamming people in need and don't have the hands on to do it themselves! Unbelievable way to do business!

we have 3 air conditioners to replace. Tyler was on time (actually I was a little late), he was very courteous and professional. Was very knowledgeable with the products he was presenting.

Can’t say enough great things about Desert Diamond Air. Our ancient AC unit finally died last week. Steve came out and went over our options, explained to us the process, and gave us a timeline on how long the new installation would take. It was relief to work with such an honest guy and company when making a large purchase. The installation went exactly as Steve had explained. The installers, Josh and Estavon, did an excellent job and left the area they worked on looking better than when they arrived! Our new unit is working perfectly and so much more efficiently than our old one. Desert Diamond Air is THE BEST!!!

Ian came to troubleshoot our water softener and successfully found the problem. The office was very responsive, we got updates on his arrival and a photo of Ian before he arrived. Awsome service!

Just had Ismael out here to do a tuneup. Great tech, very personable and professional. Explained everything in great detail and what I need to do to help my 18 year old unit until we can get a new one.

Tyler also came out to look at the ductwork and again very personable and professional. The house is an older home with previous owners doing many very “interesting” things to it throughout the years. Very detailed explanation of what needs to be done.

I’m glad I went with Desert Diamond Air!

Update: Just had our new AC installed, a 5ton Daikin and ALL of the ductwork was replaced due to being an old home and things added through the years by other owners.

Install went great! Tyler, Leroy, Tim, and the rest of the team did a fantastic job and we couldn’t be happier. This summer should be great in a house that would get into the 80’s before the new unit.
