Christian came right on time and he called ahead to let us know he was coming. He did a wonderful job on the maintenance of our one year old Trane A/C unit! Gotta keep this unit in perfect running condition for these hot summers in Phoenix!

Jeremy with Benefit Air came out today to perform a tune up on my HVAC system. My system is 10 years old and hasn't had any maintenance in 3 years, so I was expecting the worst. Turns out I just needed a couple of minor parts replaced at a reasonable price. In contrast, when I bought the house 4 years ago I had a different company come out to give me an assessment. They said the whole system needed to be replaced. It's not always easy to find a reputable HVAC company. I am very comfortable with Benefit Air.

I had Paul Howard come out and diagnose our problem really quickly, which was a huge plus. When your AC goes out in the AZ summer, it’s a big deal but not with Benefit Air. I appreciate these guys so much!

I had a new AC unit installed in December 2024 by Benefit Air. Everything about this company is professional. Jeremy came out this morning to service the unit for summer and did an outstanding job! He spent an hour here and reviewed how to operate the thermostat which I had questions about. If you are considering getting a new unit or are unhappy with your current company, try Benefit Air! Eager to give them a try, I visited their website, only to discover that they were closed late in the evening. However, a chat box provided an alternative option for me to message my issue.

A few hours later, I received a text message informing me that they could send someone out to my home the following morning. This news was a welcome relief, and I was pleasantly surprised when the technician arrived earlier than the initial estimate.

The HVAC technician promptly diagnosed the problem and had the necessary part on his truck. He completed the repair within a short amount of time and inspected the rest of the system, confirming that everything was in good working order.

He even showed me the broken part and explained that it was “dead” based on his meter readings. My experience with this company exceeded my expectations. They were professional, competent, and provided excellent customer service.

Jeremy tuned up my HVAC system. He was professional, personable, knowledgeable and took time to explain maintenance with a split system which was helpful. He actually helped install it in 2017 which I find reassuring that he knows my system. Benefit Air also made sure warranties were transferred to me from the seller. Very nice folks and easy to work with.
