We were referred to them by our neighbor because our old AC man is retired. Our rental AC line was clogged and the tech unfortunately broke the dripping pan when he was trying to clean the clogged pipe. The company replaced what they broke and waived the service charge for inconvenience

So these guys gave us a good price we were able to afford and were here the very next morning. After they left the unit wasn’t working right. And they got back to us as soon as they could and took care of the issue and the unit was running amazing. They do good work at great prices and have amazing customer service.

Kevin was prompt & took the time to explain to me what he was doing. Great service & so glad I presently have no issues. Will be calling them back to check my system again next season.

It's been two years since we had our AC installed by Sun Devil and I would still recommend them to anyone. I've only had to call them a couple of times for minor issues and they are always very responsive and timely.

Knowledgeable, dependable, professional service every time. I called with an air conditioner problem at 4:45 pm on a Friday night. A technician was at our home 8:30 am Saturday. We finally found Sun Devil after trying a variety of other companies. We have been with Sun Devil for several years and have had excellent preventive service as well as excellent emergency service every time.

Frank did an outstanding job with our air conditioning system concerns. He checked everything out and informed us of his findings. He was very professional and courteous. I would not hesitate to use Sun Devil heating and Cooling again. They care about their customers.

Our current service call required multiple replacement parts for our 8-year-old Trane unit that we bought from Sun Devil. This required multiple days to complete the repairs. However, Sun Devil was prompt & courteous with their responses and kept us informed of their progress. We would recommend them for anyone needing HVAC service.
