Noah came to service my three units today. He was extremely professional, honest and efficient. He provided recommendations and kept me informed as he worked his way around the house.
Noah called me on his way and was very punctual.

We have a 'Service Contract' with Scottsdale Air and I have to say both my husband and I think their service and professional techs that come to your house are 'top notch'. We had Noah today and he changed a filter in our air purification system as well as checking out our unit completely for the 'fall Checkup'. He mentioned one thing to keep a watch on - 'inside coils' (we have a 10 yr old system) as they were a little rusty looking. He was very personable and efficient. Thank You, Noah and Scottsdale Air!

Thomas was awesome & very professional! He called to notify me he was on his way. Once he arrived, he explained everything he was going to do. Once completed, he explained in detail what he found, showed me pictures and explained options to avoid future issues. I’ve used Scottsdale Air for over 20 years and they never disappoint.

Ben and Cole performed a Service Call for us today, Tuesday March 3rd. Very professional, knowledgeable and efficient. AC problem diagnosed and repaired . Cole is a great technician. He serviced our two units quickly and efficiently and answered all of our questions. He also provided suggestions regarding how we could make the units continue to run well. We highly recommend Scottsdale Air Heating and Cooling and especially Cole!

Have to replace whole unit so some questions /answers don’t apply to my situation. Cole is a professional, such an agreeable young man and it has been a pleasure to have him at my home.

Today I had both Thomas Harwood and Jerry come out for my annual maintenance for my heat pump. They were so friendly, efficient and professional. They were on time and even let me know when they were in the way. I’ve been using Scottsdale Air for about 15 years and will always call them first for any cooling or heating needs. I appreciate their monthly subscription so I never have to worry about maintenance.

Patrick came out today to service our air conditioner and did an outstanding job. He showed up on time, was professional and respectful of our home, and took the time to explain exactly what he was doing and why it mattered. He thoroughly inspected and serviced the system, answered all of my questions, and made sure everything was running efficiently before he left.

It’s rare to find someone who combines technical skill with great customer service, but Patrick absolutely does. You can tell he takes pride in his work and genuinely cares about doing the job right. Our system is running better than it has in a long time.
