I had a great experience with American Home Water and Air. I was notified and sent the location and picture of the technician who would come, Jorge, who was great and friendly. He showed up on time, checked out the working space and got the tools ready. He did a fantastic job of installation and also explaining how to operate the system, warranty information, etc.
Overall it was a very straightforward experience from start to finish.
Looking forward to enjoy the new water softening system and reverse osmosis.

We had summer maintenance on our ac unit and mini split. Our tech Patrick was great. Came out same day. Super friendly and informative. Happy to be customers with Scottsdale Air.

We had our 5-star check up done by Scottsdale Air and Heating today. I think this is our 5th year of arranging for this semi annual check up!
Patrick Nail called before arriving. He was polite and very efficient. Covered his shoes when coming in. When he was finished he gave us a detailed synopsis of our system backed up by pictures of what he did to service our rooftop unit. It’s so reassuring to know that our unit is ready for the upcoming hot summer. I highly recommend Scottsdale Air for all your heating and air conditioning needs.

Cole showed up, had some ideas about the problem but was concerned that a big thunderstorm was approaching. He said to give him 10 minutes to fix it or he'd have to get down. Within 10 minutes it was fixed and working great. Incredibly talented young man, and he made sure we didn't have to spend the night in a hotel. Thank you Cole! Awesome job.

I have been with Scottsdale air for more than 10 years and they have been wonderful every step of the way. They are easy to communicate with and to get all my needs met. Patrick was my service technician today and he took his time to make sure everything was in order. He carefully explained everything to me and made sure I had what I needed before he left.

I asked several businesses for a quote for a job. Theirs was the most competitive with the least nonsense and didn't insist on sending somebody out to my place before giving me a ballpark number. Staff was easier to deal with and communication was excellent!

I switched over to Scottsdale Air because I had a family member tell me that they are the best, and I wouldn’t disagree. In the past year that I’ve been using them, they have always gotten to us within a timely manner, the technicians are kind and explain everything in great detail. Would highly recommend Scottsdale Air.

We had Patrick from Scottsdale Air run a 6 month maintenance check on our A/C. He fixed a small air leak and was very thorough and easy to work with.

Scottsdale Air was very quick to get us scheduled. They were prompt. The tech was knowledgeable, efficient and kind. We have had several experiences with Scottsdale Air and each time it has been excellent.

Great experience starting with the call advising us he was on the way to our home. He did his work quietly and quickly. When he was done, Gianni gave up a verbal update and offered to send me the pictures he took while servicing the units. He also gave me some advice on how I could better maintain the AC system. All-in-all, a great experience.

Jerry was so helpful and knowledgeable in helping me figure out next steps for my AC. I have worked with Scottsdale Air several times and always have great service.

I would not use any other company besides Scottsdale Air! They are polite, on time, very thorough and exceed my expectations every time! I am sure all of their technicians are wonderful but a stand out is who was at my house today- Patrick!!! Phenomenal! I had Cole last year and he was amazing too!!

I called Scottsdale Air and they sent Jesse out to look at my air conditioner due to a strange smell coming out of it. I thought Jesse was very professional, looked at everything in the system and then sat down and explained it to me along with pictures of everything. I was very satisfied and would highly recommend this company.

Scottsdale Air has been used by our family for 2 generations! They are excellent and well priced. Their technicians are skilled and courteous. This tune up visit was excellent and the tech, Gianni Weigand, did a great job, was professional and very kind. Not only did he do the work he came out for but he gave us tips on how to set our thermostat for better power savings and more efficient cooling and heating. Thanks Scottsdale Air!

Thomas Harwood did a really thorough job of analyzing the problem I have had with my air conditioner not cooling and we believe the parts he will install will solve the problem.

Jesse checked out both units - this was the annual check up for AC and furnace. It was the best review of what he found and exactly what he did that I have ever received from an hvac company. It was appreciated Jesse! I will be asking for you if ever I’m in need of help down the road.

Noah has serviced my units before and Tom was new to my residence but Scottsdale Air hires the best technician and I am always pleased with them and the job they do.

We have been so impressed by every technician from Scottsdale Air. They are on time, polite, clean, and knowledgeable. We had another company install our new AC and it was a very bad experience. It wasn’t working right, they tried to fix it on multiple visits and they couldn’t. I had Scottsdale Air come out and they figured it out first visit! Loyal customers now.

Hector was extremely courteous in addition to doing his job well. He tested each of our 4 units, cleaned them thoroughly and even polished them up. The “spit and polish” will go along way to keep the units functioning with minimal damage from the sun. He took photos of the units as he was working on them, which helped me to see for myself that immediate attention, as I already suspected, was needed on at least one unit. Job well done Hector! Jesse was meticulously prepared for his inspection of the AC unit. He took the time to explain the why and how of maintaining the AC system. It was refreshing to have someone who values their customer and takes pride in their work! Very grateful for Jesse! Jesse went over all the photos he took of the unit and explained the functions of each part of the unit and what procedures he took to maintain the unit which I bought through Scottsdale Air. We had an inspection on our air conditioning unit tune up and had Hector do the inspection. He was very professional, efficient and educated us on our unit. The report and timely of the report was completed in two hours. The staff with scheduling was very friendly and professional as well.
