My tech, Elias, was really professional and very efficient. I had a result busy week and I actually forgot I had an appt and didn't prep. He was very kind and quickly dismissed my concerns, offering to clear out the area himself. It was a great experience overall, looking forward to another year of excellent RO drinking water!

The return call was prompt after my after-hours call and scheduling equally prompt. Omar is clearly a professional who did a great job in diagnosing, removing the old unit and installing the new one - project was neat and clean. We are quite pleased with every aspect of American.

I had my annual RO check & filters replaced, water heater flushed & check on my whole house system. Elias, my technician was great:) he was thorough yet fast, answered my questions, and even though flushing my water heater was more challenging than most gladly moved my dryer out of the way to get it done. He put all back together again properly reattaching the the vent arm to vent opening & sealed with the proper silver tape just as it was before starting the work.? Cleaned up all, no water messes & left me with a printed card of instructions to finish the RO finishing flush to have it back to proper again. Thank-you Elias:)

Omar was very professional. Fixed my water softener Within 15 minutes. Knew exactly what the problem was and while he was here, I had him flush my water heater. Also installed by American home water,at very reasonable price thanks Omar. Great job!

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! Our water heater broke and our handyman wasn't responding after 2 days. Other companies weren't available until the following week. I called American Home Water & Air after 4PM on Friday and they answered immediately. Their technicians came all the way from Phoenix to East Mesa and installed a brand new water heater that very same evening! They were very kind and professional. They went above and beyond and were simply AMAZING! I will definitely be using them again. Thanks so much!

Masun has been so professional and straight forward from the beginning with outstanding customer service communication. Pricing was fantastic and well below a couple other companies we received a quote from. I was referred to American Home Water and Air by a friend who raved about them and I can see why.

Brandon did a great job. Very fast, organized/clean, knowledgeable, and friendly. Answered all my questions on parts and maintenance intervals for the RO filter and the water softener. Definitely would recommend these guys to friends and family.

Ruben and his crew Juan, Angel, Curtis, Kaidon, and Evan were all polite and professional. The install went flawlessly and the AC systems are working perfect. Curtis who setup my proposal provided me with an offer I could not refuse. Although they are a Phoenix based business and I live in Tucson they arrived on time and completed the install on schedule. I would encourage anyone in the Tucson area to contact them for a quote you won't regret it.

I recently had a problem with my water softener that was causing water to back up in my kitchen. I came home to my sink overflowed and my entire kitchen flooded. It was awful. I called American Home Water and Air and they were able to send someone out to me within about an hour and they also helped me over the phone by telling me how to shut the water softener off to stop the backup of water. My service technician, Higi Contreras, was very knowledgeable and went out of his way to help explain why certain things were happening and made a few suggestions as for what next steps I should take. He was very friendly and kind and I really appreciated that, especially since I was shaken up after coming home to such a mess.
I definitely highly recommend American Home Water and Air and will be continuing to use their services because I trust them.

Fidel and the second technician (I think his name was Terrance) were friendly, professional and considerate of my home when installing the 48k President soft water system, Big Blue filter and 6 stage RO system. Customer service for scheduling was excellent and pricing was transparent. Would highly recommend this local company and services were great value for the money.

Jorge came to assess our water heater. We assumed we would need a new one, but a Jorge was able to fix it. We were happy to have a quick, inexpensive repair rather than replacing the unit. Jorge was efficient, professional and honest. We’ll definitely recommend to others!

Got five quotes and these guys were the best. Kim the scheduler was very helpful and the installers were great in communicating their eta, taking pictures of all work, and emailing everything to me with the final invoice. Job was done as committed without issues and included a 10year warranty.
