Veteran's AC is the absolute BEST in the north valley! We had a capacitor blow out on our AC unit in the afternoon. First thing the next morning Canyon came out and got us up and running. In a world where everyone is looking for reliable and honest tradespeople - Veteran's AC is the best! They lead with integrity, honesty, and customer focus. It was another hot week in Arizona this summer and I needed some help with one of our air-conditioning units in the house here in Anthem. I contacted Chris at veterans A/C and he sent someone out right away. The technician looked over our system and made a few adjustments and we were back in business in about 60 minutes.

I absolutely hate the heat and came here from Southern California where I lived not far from the beach and the weather was always good so when it gets warm, I’m not a happy camper.

The work was done professionally, and I had received a text message before they were coming out with information about the technician who was coming out and with a photograph of the technician as well, which I thought was very professional, and frankly something I had not seen before.

Overall, I can’t say enough about how impressed I was with the entire process and how smooth and easy it was, and of course the timelines! And the costs were very reasonable- I did not feel gouged which happens during the summer I think with some air-conditioning companies.

I will definitely be a long-term repeat customer!

By far the best experience I’ve had with any type of service that has come to my house. Price was extremely fair and he worked hard the entire time and did an excellent job. The AC unit has been up for almost a year and has been perfect. Great company highly recommend.

What can I say, this company is AMAZING! The technician CANYON, is a breath of fresh air. His knowledge and customer service is unmatched. Canyon takes the time to express what he is doing and why he is doing it. Whatever Veteran AC is paying him, it isn’t enough! Chris Adam's the owner of the company was very professional. He knew everything about the products he services, He answered all my questions in layman's terms. His employees were very clean and neat, His tech's wore covers on their shoes when they were inside my residence, their prices were lower than 2 other bids for the same brand and model equipment! I would highly recommend their services! Great job!

We chose Veterans to replace
one of our 25 year old air conditioners and out of the several vendors who quoted the job they were the only ones who suggested a heat pump system. We chose this system and are very pleased with the installation and efficiency of the new system. I highly recommended them if you are considering upgrading your system

I work for a nonprofit that helps local children living in poverty. The heater at our community center does not work. From the moment I called Veterans AC they were nothing but accommodating! They understood our situation tried to work with my schedule to get us taken care of right away . When the two repairmen arrived, they were friendly , knowledgeable and professional. I was hoping it was only the thermostat but they found a more serious and expensive problem. Knowing that we are a nonprofit and are run solely by volunteers and individual donations, they donated their services!! With the money they saved us, we can feed and clothe more children. We have used Veterans AC now for the last year and have one of their maintenance plans. Most recently we had Anthony come out and work on winterizing and checking our heat pump, They are extremely communicative, don't try and sell you something you don't need. I feel they are honest and ethical which in this particular industry can be rare. I got busy and forgot to call and schedule and they called me which was extremely helpful. I recommend them to anyone needing work on heat or AC

We've been using Veteran's AC since they started up several years ago. They have exceeded our expectations every time! They are great at what they do and have affordable pricing. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

It was time to have both my AC's changed, so I went on FB asking for recommendations. I got many with quotes spanning $8-9k difference. I decided on Veterans AC for several reasons. The owner came to my home himself for the quote. He was professional, honest and was on the lower end of the quotes I got, not the lowest, but that was fine because I liked him. My father was a veteran himself so that meant a lot too. What sealed the deal was his son who had been working with him for a few years already too. I LOVE family businesses and having sons of my own it was touching knowing he was willing to work with and for his father. Veterans AC not only did EVERYTHING they said but they went above and beyond for us. Gave us a couple upgrades, finished on time, cleaned up after themselves and didn't damage the home...at all.
Definitely worth giving them a call if or when you need your HVAC work fixed or completely changed like we did. Keep up the great work y'all. Thanks for doing a great job.
