! Be careful ! They will tell you one price over the phone and a complete other once the work is done !!! They don’t give you anything about what they are charging you and tell you that’s just the way it is .... I will never ever go back and I hope you don’t either !

I'm 64 years old woman. I use Duran's air conditioning for my car a neighborhood acquaintance family member who owned an air conditioning car service shop. I went I asked him how much to put a new condenser in my Dodge Durango and put new freon in not reused from other things. I have major health issues. I needed this.. I paid the owner of Duran's in cash. had it done in less than 2 hours. I've been back there 12 plus times asking owner to fix his error. Never happened no repair to this day has been corrected.
I drove off there was air conditioning I started it up at home and there was no cold air I took it back on Monday I did everything a good customer is supposed to do . he adjusted my throttle for my vehicle and told me that would help with the air I told him he needed to replace the freon that blew out it was empty. , he put in a used condenser with worn seals. In my car. I took it to another reputable air conditioning and car service shop. I have a printout from them stating it's a quite old compressor that was put on there that seals were completely worn and it will not hold Freon at all I have asked their family nephew for help getting this corrected and they said they could not do that at this time because they were not speaking to each other as per a nephew do I feel taken to the cleaners definitely was I used definitely was it fair not at all I have medical issues saying I cannot be in the heat I need jeopardize the only life I have. Other people should know about the shady work and just because I don't speak Spanish doesn't mean I don't understand what he's doing.. Terrible shop repairs.

They did not clean up the lint they left it on My roof and it blew all over my backyard as well as my neighbors. They are not leaving anything better than they found it. Just take your money and make a mess.

If I could give this company 20 stars I would. The woman was so knowledgeable and I knew immediately I was in good hands. They were both very professional and respectful of my home. They showed genuine concern for the condition of my vents and AC unit and how it was directly affecting my families health. We decided to get our ducts cleaned after my son has been battling chronic ear infections and sinus infections for his entire life of 22 months. She provided me with a lot of education, helped change the vent “settings” in my kids rooms, as well as give me tips on his humidifier. She also provided me with photos to show their work. Such a great team for an affordable price. I’d recommend them to anyone and will be using them for any follow up cleanings!

These guys did a great job. Showed up when they said they would. Professional, and courteous.
The quality of work was amazing. My vent covers looked brand new, because they cleaned them so well. They sealed an air leak in one of my vents. Cleaned and brushed the vents as well as applied a antimicrobial. My house feels and smells so fresh and clean. Dusting is going to be so much easier. I highly recommend Air Quality Specialists.

I'm busy... I don't usually leave reviews but I'm telling you I was VERY impressed with this company!!! Summer (a Danica Patrick lookalike) is bad a$$. That tiny girl does it all like a boss. She counted vents which was exactly correct, quoted exactly what the owner Sharon said it would be based on vent quantity and got to work. Constantly sent me pictures and videos of her work as she was doing it to show how dirty it was in the beginning and the cleaning process. They were here a huge part of the day as they do not cut corners, it was done right. I could watch and see the entire process if I wanted to be up close and check it out getting educated. They probably saved us a fire in our dryer vent as they pulled out a huge chunk of caulk. (we just had a remodel) People, if you want it done right the first time and to be fully educated by a gal and her partner that know what they are doing and have a passion for doing it right..... Hire this company! Huge shout out to Sharon the owner... incredible employees representing you!

Summer and Julius did a great job today. They were professional and efficient. Friendly and courteous. I was able to see how much dirt has accumulated over the years!! I will be calling them to clean out my dryer vent as well more often! And, Sharon, the scheduler was also was quick, responsive and kind. Overall, I was very pleased.

My pregnant wife has developed a super human sense of smell in her first trimester and was getting nauseous every time she smelled the AC turn on. When I peek in the vents they've always seemed clean to me, but I figured they probably haven't been cleaned in more than twenty years so I might as well get that done. I called Air Quality Specialists and they sent Julius and Summer the next day.

They were fast, efficient, and careful not to make a mess. When I saw the before and after pictures of my vents I was amazed. The amount of dust that had collected over the years was incredible. Now Derya says the air smells clean and as an added bonus her allergies have improved!

So I'm very happy with the service and wish I had done it years ago. I found their pricing reasonable and appreciated that they didn't surprise me with any fees or try to upsell me. It was priced based on the number of openings - that's it.

This company did an amazing job! The guys were very detailed and were very knowledgeable. I’ve had this done before, but none of the other companies were as good or as professional as these guys!
