Our air conditioner unit burned up around July 4th. We called and even though it was a holiday, Chris sent his people the next day. They had it up and going by that afternoon. They came from Phoenix to Payson and they were very reasonably priced. We would highly recommend Veterans AC Repair and his company. I am a veteran and we appreciate the quick action and reasonable price. Everything was cleaned up and left in great condition. The Martin's in Payson AZ. Anthony was the very personable and professional HVAC tech that came to our house to do a seasonal "tune up" before summer's heat. He was thorough, vacuumed the outdoor compressor, washed the coils, and reattached the rubber (vinyl ?) conduit for the wiring to the shut off box cover. Full inspection of entire system in the attic, and confirmed the system is functioning properly. Pointed out important preventive maintenance to be done in the short term, as well as other items to keep in mind for the near future to keep our 7 year system in top condition. All this for less than a $20 bill ! Very impressed, highly recommend this small business!!

We had an excellent experience with Veterans AC PHX. Spencer came out for routine maintenance and truly went above and beyond — he spent most of the day at our house educating us about our AC system and insulation, explaining everything clearly and patiently without any pressure. What a great experience they came out on time and inspected the AC to get it ready for summer and I asked them to give it a clean which they also did at the same time. It was a great price and the Ac technician they came out to do the work was friendly honest, highly recommend them.

I can’t even express how grateful I am for this company. We moved in here last year and since our unit is older we wanted to get a tune up before summer this year, but my husband and I being young homeowners we didn’t know that everything books out so far out. Jamie’s was able to get me in very quickly and even fixed a minor issue I had with my ac before the summer with some of the air coming out with a weird smell. Smell went away and we went on with summer. This past Sunday, our ac was going in and out of blowing hot and cold air and also just not keeping temp with the high humidity on Sunday. I called and they weren’t open so I called another hvac company (worst mistake ever) who quoted me 4-5k to replace the variable fan motor which was said to be the issue and that we had leaky ducts and might as well replace the whole unit since it’s a 14 year old unit which gave us a 20k new unit installation quote - with no proof or pictures to prove these issues actually existed. I called Jamie’s Monday morning and told them everything that happened, they again made time to come out and diagnose the issue. The actual issue; a hard start kit is what actually needed to be replaced. The techs told us the wires were reading 0 on like one or two of the wires and typically read higher. The total cost for the fix; 425 with labor and parts and service fee.

The other company totally tried to rip off my husband and I and thankfully Jamie’s air conditioning saved us 20k. We now are forever loyal customers to Jamie’s. They are honest, hardworking and genuine people trying to help out. My husband and I will never go anywhere else but here ever. If our ac ever goes out on a weekend again, we will just wait and wait because I could never trust another company but Jamie’s. Thank you to the techs David and Anthony who came out and showed us pictures of everything and talked us through everything with what was actually wrong with our unit. Forever grateful for this company!

Jamies Air conditioning was the only company that would agree to work on a warranty issue on my old air conditioner 15 years ago. My prior AC company went out of business and no other company would agree to honor the warranty. Jaime came out and did the warranty work when no one else would. We just purchased a new AC unit from Jamie and nobody could come close to their pricing. The unit was installed a few days after the purchase. This company is top notch, extremely reliable, HONEST and dependable. I have been recommending this company to all my friends and family and will continue to do so.

I cannot recommend JAMS enough. They are honest, do great work, and are fairly priced. Jamie, Brady, and crew are the absolute best. Also, Brady is great at listening and explaining things (I ask a ton of questions as a first time homeowner).

Earlier this year, my AC guy retired. I really liked him as he has earned my trust. Before he retired, he explained that air return was undersized and the unit was wearing unevenly—and I should have the work done to increase comfort and help with wear on my system. I scoured Google and yelp reviews for HVAC companies, and had 3 come out to estimate what I needed last year. All three of them varied significantly in what was recommended by my old AC guy. Also, the estimates were between $3,000-$5,000, which was way more than what my old AC guy suggested the project should cost. I felt like I was getting the runaround and taken advantage of. JAMS to the rescue!

Jamie and Brady suggested work that was consistent with what my old AC guy recommended, was very close to the price point my old AC guy suggested, and the JAMS estimate was the most competitive of the four I had received. (I assume this is because JAMS doesn’t need to spend tons of money on marketing and doesn’t have sales guys doing the estimates.)

JAMS completed the project this morning. There was an immediately noticeable improvement in air flow and decrease in the amount of time it takes to cool to the desired temp. I couldn’t be happier. The only thing nicer than the more comfortable house is having a new AC company that I can trust. And if you couldn’t tell, I’m a pain in the ass and don’t trust easily. But I trust Jamie and Brady implicitly.

(Also, Brady noticed that my fan wasn’t shutting off on command and meticulously troubleshooted the issue until he found the cause, and then fixed it—something that I didn’t think was possible!)

Give this small family-owned business a try. You will not be disappointed.

In the past 10 years, my AC has gone down twice. During the summer months! I was referred to Jamie's for the repair work and they have never disappointed. They were responsive (less than 24 hours), and their technicians were professional, polite, competent and thorough. Jamie's will always be my first call if something goes wrong with my home AC.

Not only did they respond to my phone call, on the same day, they were able to come out at 6:30 am the next day. Repaired both of my units within an hour and fees were reasonable. The family agrees, they will always be our "go to" HVAC guys!

I called several places including this one. STOP HERE!!! These men are the best and they are Honest!!! I would not recommend a company if I didn't feel they were good. Fair price, Honest, and great people. Had a issue 8 months after they installed my unit because of something that chewed my wires, they came out and fixed it for free. Call no further. Recommend these guys Richard and his son do amazing work have great Attitudes and you truly feel that they are being honest and upfront with you. I honestly could not recommend anyone else.
