I had a very positive experience with Diamond Cut Landscaping. I was really naive to how much it cost these days to landscape a backyard for a newly built home and I also had no idea where to start. After several estimates, Dan sat at my kitchen table and gave me a rough drawing, the only company to do that for me, I knew then I felt comfortable enough choosing them. After that the process went fast and Dan was even kind enough to make changes to the drawing. Wendy was also very helpful anytime I called. The crew was professional and had my yard done in 2 days. No more dirt backyard. Yay!

I don’t normally leave reviews, even when requested. This time it’s different. The work done by Diamond Cut Landscaping, from the top guy Dan Plunk to the job foreman Kenny and the entire crew exceeded all of our expectations. The work they did was meticulous, down to the minute detail. They were respectful of our property, cleaned up after themselves and left our property looking beautiful. We’ve been in Arizona 24 years and hired many landscapers. None of them can touch the quality workmanship of Diamond Cut Landscaping.

Diamond Cut Landscaping is absolutely an amazing company to work with from start to finish. They are professional, friendly, thorough, and deliver exactly what they promise. Dan is the man! If you want a landscape company that has great communication and gives great recommendations and ideas, then Diamond Cut Landscaping is the right choice. I had consultations with 2 other companies for my backyard but they didn’t provide the level of service Dan provides and were very unprofessional. The 2D and 3D images are super helpful in determining a good layout so you can change things around before the work is started. That alone is well worth it! Very honest with pricing upfront and no surprise charges midway or after the work is done. Work was completed in 3 days like he had initially said so definitely on time! Overall a great company to work with and highly recommended!

From the first meeting with Dan to the finish work with Mike and the crew, everything was a positive experience .
Dan came and looked at the space we have and we talked about what we wanted and he went to work on the design, and he came up with drawings that helped us visualize how it will look.
After making a few changes, we loved the design and they were ready to start.
I expected the project to last for weeks, but Dan and Mike assured us , once they start, they stay with the job until finish.
It was true.

From the beginning with my initial consult to discuss my project with the owner Dan, all the way through the crew who was out every work day in this Phoenix heat sweating away and then cleaning up at the end of each day. Diamond Cut went above and beyond for me on my project and I couldn't be happier with my choice to use them for my landscaping project.

Starting with the seamless design process with Dan and Mark communication was fantastic. These guys have great ideas, are super easy to work with and the design was exactly what I was hoping for and right in my budget too! There was never an issue making little tweaks here and there. Dan's guidance was so appreciated.

Kenny the project manager and his crew were fantastic from start to finish. I can't say enough good things about Kenny. Personable and knows what he is doing. Works hard to make sure everything is done right. Kenny was fantastic with listening to me and answering all my questions with a genuine concern in regards to making sure I was comfortable with every step of the install.

Man that install crew works hard! I am not sure how they manage to get such quality work done and in 110 degree heat!!. They were out every work day morning, always respectful of my property and of the neighbors. Always smiling and friendly. Their work is fantastic. I can't thank them enough.

In the end, the landscaping turned out just as planned. Looks fantastic and I know it will bring me joy for years to come. I didn't have as much interaction with the rest of the office crew, but what interactions I had with Wendy was great. Super helpful and understanding. I so appreciate her assistance.

I started out thinking I needed a new irrigation system. However, I ended up needing a lot more. The grade around my house was about 4" too high. I wasn't sure what to do, so I went to the Home and Landscape Show and met Dan. I really liked him and believed he would do a great job. He knew a lot about drainage and what was needed. We had about 50 tons of dirt and gravel hauled away to bring my yard to the proper grade. I also had about 1400 sq. ft. of pavers removed and then later reinstalled. After the demo of my yard, I realized I needed a weep screen installed around my house (one was never put in my 50-year-old house). As a result, I had dry rot that needed to be removed and fixed and stucco repairs done. It was a nightmare. However, Wendy was wonderful and able to postpone my job until the other issues were resolved. She is very kind and a delight to work with. Also, the Superintendent I first had was Mike and then later Kenny. Both were great! Kenny was very accommodating with all that I needed to have done and did a thorough walk through at the end of the project. He made sure the new irrigation system functioned properly and took care of any small concerns I had. He was extremely patient and kind. I can't say enough good things about Diamond Cut Landscaping and their entire crew. I highly recommend them!

EVERYONE at Diamond Cut Landscape was exceptional. From the first meeting with Dan, where he explained in detail the way their company worked, to my final walk through with Kenny----and every single person during the entire project was knowledgeable, helpful, and willing to help in any way possible. I needed steps going down and around the perimeter of my yard, lighting, plants----Dan helped me envision it, and his team and entire crew brought it to fruition. Wendy was immensely helpful when i need something done or a question answered. Grateful to have found them---they were an absolute joy to work with! I highly recommend them.

We recently hired Diamond Cut Landscaping to re-design and install our front courtyard. Our home was built in 1971, and was totally remodeled with this exception. We met with Dan, who was great at incorporating his design with the rest of our home. He also worked very hard to do something exceptional within our rather modest budget. And exceptional it is!
Besides being thrilled with our finished product, I cannot say enough good about the team that completed the work. They were professional, skilled and worked together well in our small space. Our project was finished earlier than expected.

We got in touch with Diamond Cut Landscaping from a home and garden show and I can't recommend them enough! From my initial call to the final bid and start date, everything was incredibly fast and seamless. Kenny and his team tackled a complex design that involved various grading and drainage issues with ease. I was worried when there needed to be some on-the-job adjustments but they handled them with ease, ensuring that everything met my expectations.
The crew worked quickly and efficiently, leaving my property looking immaculate once the job was completed. The final outcome was exactly as I imagined. I look forward to working with them on future projects.

We first met the company at the Phoenix Home and Garden Show. We chose them because they seemed to be a more family oriented and customer friendly. Let me say that the end product was exactly what we desired. The team that came to our home each day was professional and very detailed oriented. Any concerns or questions were immediately handled. I can't give a 5 star due to the initial phase of the process. Our designer was incredibly slow in responding to emails, texts and phone calls. Weeks would pass with no communication. We often did not know what was happening and would only get progress information when we called the office with our complaints. We met and started designing the end of Jan and our project finished in May. For such a small-scale job with nothing out of the ordinary, we felt it took a very long time. Again, totally happy with the end product, but very stressful during the middle phase of the project.

After searching relentlessly for a landscaper near my home in Glendale AZ, I stumbled across Diamond Cut just through simple Google searches. I have had the pleasure of working with Dan (who I believe is one of the owners). Dan was extremely patient and kind as we are new homeowners needing a COMPLETE makeover of our backyard (see photo). Dan listened intently to our vision and needs and drew up a plan for us. Three weeks later, the crew came to start the work and they completed the project in three days!!! It was amazing to see the transformation. We had grass put in, an extension of our patio and an entire underground (PVC pipe) irrigation put in. We LOVE it! The crew was very efficient and very kind. I will continue to work with this landscaping company for as long as I live in this home. HIGHLY recommend this crew!!!

You can't go wrong with these guys. A last-minute schedule change moved me up in the queue, which challenged their normal material ordering. If they hadn't told me I wouldn't have noticed because everything went like clockwork: Demo, PVC irrigation, plantings, hardscape and artificial grass installed in 5 days. Special kudos to Luis Leon for his expert crew of travertine and paver installers.

We had a monsoon yesterday and it attempted to take out our Jacaranda tree. I called diamond cut because they were the ones who originally planted it. And spoke with wendy. She was able to get someone to my house same day to fix the tree (SAVED THE DAY). No hassle. Thanks so much for the fast turn around. And saving this tree that we are soooo crazy about.

Great experience! From the estimate to the completion of the job... Diamond Cut Landscape transformed our yard from a pile of dirt to a highly functional place to have parties or just relax.

We met Mike at the Maricopa County Home Show. He was very nice and listened to our ideas and he provided us with great information about what they can do for us. After shopping around for quotes we decided to go with Diamond Cut Landscape because they were very personable and trustworthy, were priced well, and had a solid project plan before work started. Dan and team were wonderful to work with and made us feel like more than clients. They really want to earn your trust and surpass expectations. Their approach to designing our vision and execution was top-notch and we appreciated seeing the 3D CAD model of the project to really see the potential! Wendy and the office team were very nice and helpful with scheduling and answering questions. Their foreman, Daniel, was attentive, did a great job with answering my questions, and addressing my concerns. The crew was also very professional and friendly. They did a great job all around! I also want to give recognition to the “warranty guy” that completed the punch-list. He was nice, answered my questions, and finished up the final details.
