This place is the only store to go if u need quality parts with SUPERIOR SERVICE. They put Home Depot, Ace and True Value to shame in price and service. Try it if u haven't and I promise u will agree.

These guys are always helpful and willing to go the extra mile when it comes to figuring out any plumbing issues you may be facing. Always friendly and they offer free fountain drinks which is always nice when it's 115 degrees outside.

For those jobs you dare not go into without some expert advice this Van Marcke is the place to go for multiple reasons. Todd was firstly compassionate in that I walked in less than minutes 'til closing and he never made me feel rushed. Secondly, he advised me from a photo,; allowing time to even retrieve the right sizes and return to the store, now well after hours. And lastly, the store had every thing I needed to yank out my old concrete utility sink with part of the return and replace it with a new one completely for a REASONABLE PRICE. Todd became a friend that night.

I've used this place twice now, and I'm just a small individual customer, and they've been great whether over phone or in store. They'll help you find different options and make sure the parts are what you need. I'm also a female, and they've never been condescending.

Wholesale to the Tradesman. Gentleman helped me , went out of his way to make me feel comfortable, assured me he would take care of account issue later made sure I got what I needed and I was on my way. Job complete.

The employee with the beard was super knowledgeable, concise and friendly. However, the prices were absolutely ridiculous. $140 for a valve that I can easily get off Amazon for $40 then $130 for just a shower face plate and handle. What in the world are these markups? I was thankful for the knowledge and wisdom from the employee, but couldn’t purchase anything from the store because of how insanely expensive the prices were.
