Nick came to the house this morning to fix two clogged toilets backing up into shower and a bathtub. He was profession and courteous. Most important a great job was done at a reasonable cost. Thank you.

Travis worked really thoroughly and kept me and my wife in the loop of the progress of creating a new gas line for our new appliance. He also shared if there are any issues to call them. Accent plumbing has been a great support for our home projects.

Had a water heater go out at 4am and I am so glad my neighbor told me to cancel the Home Depot order I frantically made! Happy to support local businesses and these people are all amazing! Easy to schedule, they text me when the guys were on their way and they were great with the installation! Happy to have the piece of mind of a quality water heater and work provided. Have already gave their number to my other neighbor who needs to replace hers too!

Calling a plumber is usually not fun. But Accent’s service is so good and straight forward, that I have comfort the problem will be resolved quickly for fair value.

We’ve called Accent twice. On the most recent occasion, we received a text message 30 minutes before the plumber arrived. He was very courteous and professional and got the job done and left. We received an email with a link to make payment by credit card and a follow up call from the office to make sure everything met our needs. Simple. Done.

Accent will be our go-to from now on.

We’ve used Accent Plumbing several times now, and they never disappoint. We normally have had Steve come out, who is awesome, but today Travis helped us out and did a fantastic job. Our shower needed a cartridge replaced, and when our DIY attempts proved disastrous, Travis fit us in to his schedule and was in and out in good time, especially considering what a nightmare our hardware is. He was nice, prompt, and professional, kept the space clean, explained what was happening, and resolved the issue perfectly. The price was better than we expected, too. We’re always pleased with the service Accent Plumbing gives us, and we’re grateful for the great job Travis did getting our shower fixed and working again!

Very good experience with Accent Plumbing! A couple days before I left Arizona for Christmas, my downstairs neighbor realized I had a leak from my shower. He needed the leak fixed ASAP, so I called up Accent Plumbing. The staff member on the phone was super nice, and she helped me set up an appointment. She was very receptive to special instructions I had about who to contact to be let in to the apartment and to note my credit card info to pay for the service. Unfortunately I don't have the name of the plumber that performed the service, but my friend who was at my apartment overseeing the process said they did a great job, and it even ended up costing much less than the estimate. Overall very happy with Accent Plumbing; they were a life saver!

My wife and I have had the pleasure of utilizing Accent Plumbing four times in the last 3 years. Regardless of the situation, wall leak, water heater, multiple toilet replacement, or pipe inspection. Each time the professional that came to our home was, knowledgeable, experienced, friendly and efficient. They provided the service and product required and never pushed us toward something we didn't need or want. From the friendly greeting when I called their office to the happy plumbers, Jim, Steve, Jason, and Bennett (I'm sure I missed one or two) we felt like we were in good hands. And received this service for a surprisingly reasonable fee each time.

The service was quick and efficient. The men did a great job. They were very professional. I would use them again.

After another plumber damaged my water heater during regular flushing process and then wouldn't repair it and tried to upset me a new water tank, I wanted a second opinion. Accent Plumbers sent Nick, who not only repaired the others damage quickly and efficiently, he gave me an estimate for a new water heater, if I wanted one later on, at half the price of the previous plumbers. Bravo to Accent Plumbers and Nick!

Over the years, we've had a few plumbers. We've never had anyone as honest & nice & helpful. Nick came out & fixed the leak in our sprinkler system. He was so nice, highly knowledgeable & got it done right away. HIGHLY recommend them.

Steve and Randall came out and installed a new 50 gallon gas water heater after our old one croaked. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Whole process took just over an hour. The fact they were $700 less than everyone else we talked to is the cherry on top. Professional staff + reasonable rates = lifelong customer.

I didn’t realize I had a leak coming off of the main until a neighbor brought it to my attention. It must have been several days already. Nick Taggart ended up coming out the same day in the early afternoon and didn’t leave until well after the sunset. Got the job done on a Friday so I didn’t have to go all weekend without water, I couldn’t be more grateful. Call Accent and hope you get Nick!

We had a water leak at our auto repair shop and the Accent team were very responsive and did the job right. Their team was very friendly and helpful. Nick was amazing and so helpful. I highly recommend their services for anyone that’s needs plumbing work. Price was also the best.

I needed a bathtub faucet either rebuilt or replaced. They were very punctual in regards to setting me up in a timeframe that worked for me and within 2 days of the initial conversation. The morning of the service call I received a text stating my technician would arrive shortly with a picture of him and everything. About 20 minutes after that text no one had arrived. I then called them and the man who answered the phone said he would contact him and call me back. In which he did and stated he had to stop for gas which I’m not sure what he drives but that shouldn’t be a 20+ minute delay. He apologized and said the man would arrive shortly. Another 10 minutes goes by and now my whole morning is thrown off by this delay and Jim and a younger guy show up to my door. Jim never once apologizes for being late, instead just asks where is the problem and if I know how to shut off the water. I’m sitting in my dining room and they’re in the master bedroom bathroom and I hear him jabbering on the phone. So now he’s late and on the phone like time isn’t of the essence and my time doesn’t matter. He keeps sending the younger guy back and forth to the truck for tools. They finish in about 30 minutes and Jim just walks past me and out the front door, at least the younger kid spoke to me on his way out. I go into the bathroom afterwards and yes the faucet now works but there’s black handprints all over my shower walls and he caulked the Hot knob bezel crooked to where you can still see the old imprint and outline of the correct placement and there’s residue left all over both knobs that I can’t get off. Very unprofessional with no regard to the customer or the cleanliness of their work and I would not recommend them!
