Great place for plumbing equipment and parts, very polite and professional employees.

Service is good but...the waiting sucks.What ever parts the customer wants the person at the register has to go to the back and get them...& most of the time the customer/contractor needs a bunch of little parts & we all have to wait for the person at the register to go pull those orders...

Very slow place. I always spend about 30 mins here either in line or waiting for my order. Sometimes waiting for both I hate coming here for my company to get parts.

Nice people they tried to be helpful they sent me to another supply house for the part that I needed they didn't have it either the supply houses will just said you bounce you from supply house to supply house so I suggest stop and call make sure they have the part that's your responsibility not theirs

Folks behind the counter know plumbing and their products. Whole staff and the manager are friendly and helpful. If there is a problem with the product they go out of their way to make it right. Refreshing to find good knowledgeable reliable service.

I have been starting my company for more than 7 years and they have nice people and they help people look for the product, whether it is on order or the part they need. It is my first place where I buy all the material to keep my clients happy. I recommend them and my company benefits from them with the materials they sell.

The staff is pleasant but they can't sell what they don't have. They are geared more towards residential and commercial. Not a good fit for industrial in my experience.
