STAY AWAY!!!!!!!! I have been waiting over 6 months for these flakes to show up. No communication unless you call them and even then it takes days for them return your calls.

I keep getting the typical excuse, labor issues, supply chain etc...

Its seems like the owner is a one man show and nothing happens without him. That would be great except is about 80 years old!!!

We used Qualtaire for our studio bathroom remodels and WOW! What a transformation! Since then we have gone back for a kitchen remodel and all our regular maintenance. Quality and service is unmatched. Very happy customer.

I highly recommend Qualtire. They do great work! We use them for all our plumbing needs and they remodeled our kitchen, master bath and guest bath. Beautiful work!

I did some work with Dennis and his company and I must say these people are the most professional friendly is family-owned company that I have ever came into contact with. I never actually enjoy digging a hole in my life but these people made my experience just the best I would prefer anyone to use them on any job that they have and their plumbing needs are in home without a question of doubt

Fast service! And really helped me out in a the technicians did a great job and my kitchen is beautiful! Qualtire has been in business for over 50 years, and they really treat you right!

Was referred by a friend to this company. Made an appointment for Friday, August 14th at noon. Dennis, the owner, did a no show. When I called his sec'y told me I was mistake and that the appointment was for noon on August 21st. I bit the bullet and gave them another chance. When Dennis had not shown up at 12:05, I called the office and was told he was running 30-45 minutes late. There is no excuse for not having received a phone call to let me know he was running late. I called my friend that recommended this company & told him the story. He will never recommend Qualtire again! I am a business owner and would never treat my customers in this fashion! 1 Star is a stretch...

We have had Qualtire Plumbing do both residential and commercial work for us. They have always been timely, a good value and always providing great customer service. We have recommended several times and have the same feedback each time.

Very professional and prompt service. Qualtire responded quickly and provided us with a very competitive quote for a new tank less water heater. After we approved the job they installed very quickly and professionally. Thank you again!

I am not sure I can express in words how wonderful the experience and quality of work Craig on-site and Andrew in coordinating in operations . We installed an eco water treatment system, Kitchen water filtration system, and a routine repair on a bathroom sink. It was greeted promptly, with a quick visit to the house, an outline of options. Craig listened to what I said, researched something I had heard of, and produced it within a week even in the midst of COVID. While onsite on that project, he noticed an existing issue and potential problems developing with my water heater. No urgency on it just fact and possible issues. Again, my options were outlined in discussion as well as on the contract. We ended up purchasing an instant hot water heater system that has completely solved all of our water problems (running the water for 10 mins before it gets warm). All paperwork was completed electronically so quickly and easily. Then as a complete surprise, they sent me an Amazon gift card with a nice note of thanks! Who does that these days? You will NOT be sorry. You do not have to have a large project or the most expensive. Call them, what are you waiting for? Now to know they do electrical and remodeling work - wow! I'm in.

We were referred to Qualtire for a plumbing fix after receiving an astronomically high bid from another company. Qualtire came out quickly and was able to fix the problem at a much lower cost. They are fair and efficient. We will be turning to them again in the future!

In my personal experience, working with Dennis from Qualtire Construction & Plumbing was extremely frustrating and disappointing. I am sharing the following events exactly as they happened so others can make informed decisions.
• We paid Dennis in full up front for a project on [Nov 2019]. Work did not begin until over a year later.
• At one point, Dennis quit the job and offered a refund. He later returned to complete portions of the work.
• The work we received included:
• No plates installed on outlets.
• Grout on the backsplash was not sealed.
• No final City of Phoenix approval for the electrical box; we had to personally coordinate with the City to avoid a potential power shutoff.
• The original job quote stated that HVAC would be extended to the backsplash room. After we had paid, Dennis said this could not be done.
• In our master bedroom, new outlets were installed as outdoor outlets with visible conduit wrapped along the walls. In my opinion, this made the space look like a garage. When asked about it, Dennis explained it was because the room had once been used for storage — which did not make sense to us.
• The old outdoor electrical box was left uncovered and not closed off. After six weeks of attempting to reach him, Dennis returned and addressed it. During this visit, in my experience, his communication became unprofessional, including swearing.

From start to finish, the process took roughly 1.5 years. Based on my experience, the workmanship did not meet the standards we expected for the price paid. I personally would not hire this company again and would not recommend them to others. Over $32,000 paid in full and from my experience the delivery was not what I expected.

Be prepared for a rude come back post from Dennis or his wife. I’m sure it’ll be full of excuses rather than asking how they can make it right. This post is my truth, my experience only.

Our bathroom was stuck in the 80's and now it's not! Thanks to Qualtire we are so happy and couldn't be happier! They came in and got rid of everything and put in a beautiful walk in shower, a water closet, new cabinets, new flooring, new everything and it's so beautiful and such high quality. From the office to the laborers to the owner, all are so wonderful and professional. We would highly recommend them AND they're a locally owned business! Thanks Qualtire!
