I contacted 2 Good Plumber's LLC based on the reviews and I was not disappointed. I had a leaking toilet and leaking water shut off valve. Someone came out to my house roughly 5 hours after I contacted them, replaced all the toilet guts, the water shut off valve, cleaned up after themselves, and was polite the entire time. After all that the bill was lower than what I'm used to being charged for plumbing service. All around an excellent experience.

We had Joe come out to do some plumbing renovations for an upstairs condo. Joe was very thorough and always on time. He was very clear and open about what he was needing to do and he did a great job! We are very satisfied and will absolutely use him again when the time comes. We’d highly recommend Joe!

2 Good Plumbers gave me a great deal to replace my water heater. There were able to come out first thing on a Monday morning. Joe's guy showed up on time, explained to me what needed to be done, and completed the work quickly and efficiently. I have a smaller water heater because I have a condo and it's under a counter which makes replacing it more difficult. This wasn't a problem though. I plan on using 2 Good Plumbers again.

Herbert's professionalism and expertise were truly impressive. Not only did he exceed our expectations with the primary task of flushing the water heater and fixing the water pressure, but he also went above and beyond to identify and address another issue we had with our over-the-counter water filter unit. His keen eye for detail and dedication to solving problems did not go unnoticed.

Additionally, we had been struggling with a stuck bottom drawer in my oven for weeks. Herbert kindly assisted me in opening it, resolving an inconvenience that prevented me from baking. His willingness to help, outside his scope of work, speaks volumes about his integrity and genuine commitment to customer satisfaction. Thank you for employing individuals of such high caliber. How to begin. My uncle had just passed (who was a father to me) and there was a lot of issues through out his home and coming from California to deal with his estate I had no idea on a good plumber. Please don't forget how emotional my uncle's death was to me and my mental state. So I found 2 Good Plumbers and contacted Joe. I couldn't believe that he answered on my first call and was so understanding and very knowledgeable about what needed to be done. Since I am not a plumber I spoke in a foreign language, but that didn't stop Joe from knowing exactly what needed to be done. I can't begin to thank him and his company for their kindness and excellent work. I felt when it was done it was done. The cost was the best and he doesn't take you for a ride. If your elderly please use him, he won't take you because your old and a great victim as so many other company do. Joe thank you for everything, I will and have referred you to my family and close friends as the best plumber Phoenix can offer.

I have used Joe on 3 projects.
1. To replace a toilet
2. To replace a leak from the outside faucet
3. To replace the shower unit in a old shower.
Joe called me promptly and was very informative. I was given an estimate for each project and Joe never pressured me to approve the work or push me into anything. He was great at explaining the process to me and very good and pricing. For each project I got 3 estimates and Joe was not the cheapest or the most expensive he was average and the reason he got the work is because he made me feel he was honest and upstanding. He always communicated with me when the plumbers would arrive and one occasion they were running late and they called me to let me know and even asked me if I wanted to reschedule to a more convenient time for me.. That was better then the cable company...When the worker showed up they were polite and great and communicating and letting me know when they were half way finished so I could know how to schedule my day and time . THAT WAS GREAT.. They finished the project and I have not had any problems at all - I WILL ALWAYS call JOE for my plumbing needs.. He and his employees are GREAT, HONEST, and RELIABLE. I wish all my house repairs were performed by Joe and his employees. I always text Joe and email Joe my communication or my home project needs and I AM A VERY SATISTIFIED CUSTOMER and will call again... THANK YOU JOE for your professional work and employees.

Joe and Herbert have helped us out several times. I am always amazed at the quality of their work. The area is spotless when they leave. If it isn't an emergency (the last two jobs have not been) they are worth the wait. Good work, good people. I'm glad I found them and highly recommend them.

I was very happy with the service provided. Joe was prompt in his arrival, (on a Sunday no less) took the time to educate me as to what the problem was. Based on my prompting he checked a couple of other issues that I was having. He cleared the drain and then we scheduled a follow up visit. His partner Juan arrived on time and Joe arrived shortly after to finish the job. In the next 24 hours after they left, I realized that a sink issue that I had been living with for the last 5 years was gone!

Friendly, clean and thorough AND the price was right! I highly recommend 2 Good Plumbers, one suggestion...change your name to 2 Great Plumbers!

I don’t even know how to begin writing this review. 2 Good Plumbers LLC saved my day, saved the sale of my house. I was supposed to close escrow tomorrow, but the shower head was leaking. The buyer threatened to cancel the contract if I don’t get it fixed. I called 8 businesses, they were all booked solid and I couldn’t get anyone to come out. At such late hours in the day, my hope to get the show head repaired diminished. Thank goodness for Joe Glassman, he was patiently explaining and trying to troubleshoot the problems over the phone. When I got to the store to buy the part, he spoke to the salesman to make sure I buy the correct part. Then he showed up at my doorstep in a flash. Of course he fixed the leaking shower. Joe, I’d like to express my sincere appreciation for all you’ve done. I wish I could tell everyone how wonderful you are.

Man, these guys were the best! We had a *tricky* water heater replacement to do. Joe gave my husband the rundown of what it would take and some options for the least amount of demolition. (Seriously, it was a tough job that could’ve resulted in demolition of cabinetry.) Joe and Robert came mid-morning and spend the better part of 8 hours working on our issue. They were professional, THOROUGH, and worked with incredible integrity. The pricing was very fair as well! We are so grateful for 2 Good Plumbers! We’d absolutely call them again. (Though, they may not want to come back! It was a doozy, folks.)

2 Good Plumbers did a great job. Joe the plumber took my call, met me at my house, and replaced my water heater all in the same day!! He pulled up in a professional looking plumbing truck and had everything ready to go for the job. Very organized. He gave me an honest assessment and a fair price from what I can tell. Got to work right away and worked hard but not sloppy. The workmanship was high quality. He talked me through everything that he did afterwards and took the time to go over usage and maintenance recommendations in detail. Joe lived up to the company name and has definitely earned my business for the next plumbing job.

This was our first time contacting these plumbers. My husband called and left a voice message and in a matter of minutes got a call back and they were at our house the following day. Herbert was on time and knowledgeable. It was the cartridge in my shower that went bad and he replaced it and he was as neat as a pin. We're happy that we found 2 Good Plumbers, will refer business to them when we can. Highly recommend them.

I had a leak under my kitchen floor and although they were very busy, they fit me in. Herbert did leak detection and found that it was my dishwasher (thank goodness). He also replaced my hose bib outside. Service was excellent: on time, thorough, courteous and solved my problems for a reasonable price. I will use them for any future plumbing needs.

I worked Joe and Herbert from 2 Good Plumbers in March 2025 when I had a water heater problem. They came out same day and took care of the water heater promptly. Great service and workmanship. When our counter that they had made and installed developed a crack in it, they said it was because a crockpot we had used was excessive heat, so they wouldn't repair it. This was a standard crockpot, not a charcoal grill. Even when talking to one of the installers about the situation being a little ridiculous after all money the kitchen cost, he agreed. But of course there was nothing that could be done about it.
