Levi & Alex were awesome…although they did not have double A batteries so if I could this would only be a 4.5 star rating.

Winsupply is my go to for absolutely EVERYTHING! Even if I’m unsure what I need, I bring what I have to them and they get all hands on deck to figure out MY problem together. West phoenix winsupply always have what we need. Delivers on site if needed, and is there after hours whenever we call. Nice to know we can always count on them when in the field and at the counter. Levi, Cole, Austin, Spencer are always on point. Allen has this place running like a well oiled machine.

Went to do a warranty water heater swap send by manufacturer. Got to win supply and was told I had to buy another heater then they might refund me in 6-10 weeks after they get paid from manufacturer
Called manufacturer and was told I should pay $0 for a replacement heater
