We were very pleased with both. Hayden is a real pro!

I had my old cast iron sewer lines cleaned and lined with epoxy. Every crew was professional, respectful and the job was completed a day earlier than was initially expected. Also, only 4-5 hours of not being able to use drains, was very easy and not much disruption in our lives.

Hayden and Nu-Flo did a great job lining the cast iron pipes in my 63 year old historic property.

I used NuFlow for sewer lining and I can't rave enough about this company. What a first rate, professional company! Communication every step of the way from the office staff to the people on site. Attention to detail and a clean work site daily. Schedules were met. The team worked efficiently and seemed to be always on the same page. Highly recommend.

Nu Flow lined and repaired my main pipes. All technicians were in house, no outside contractors. They were all knowledgeable, courteous and diligent. They explained what they were going to do and did it. My pipes are like new. The support staff were all courteous, and to the point. I couldn't be happier. Nu Flow did an excellent job.

I am going through the process of some sewer line repairs and having our house sewer relined, and so far they have been great!

The price was honestly more than I hoped, but there were also more work needed than I initially wanted(this was confirmed by several companies) and they are well worth the price. We signed a contract for a 3 day job and twice we got rescheduled for earlier than expected so now we are going to be done before our initially expected start date.

During day 1 they found that part of the job would not need to be soon, which saved some money, but also found some unexpected damage underneath. In the end even with an update to the job our price remained the same. Both crews that came out were professional and friendly.

Throughout the process they have had great communication and have done great work. We have 1 last expected day of work, I will update if anything changes. I would highly recommend getting a quote and going with them.

Ralph and nuflow were awesome to work with. Although I ultimately didn’t end up using their services I wouldn’t hesitate to in the future. Ralph made it out to my house within a few days of my inquiry and did a very professional examination of the pipes I needed repaired. He put together a report and I had an estimate in two days. He was very responsive and easy to talk to. You can tell a company is great when they have great management and nuflow nailed it. Thanks again

Nu Flow they are a great company to work with. The service they provide is beyond incredible between the office teams, the cameras crew and the men working on the lining jobs spot on. Communication is always key and is always there with this team. I would recommend this company to anyone who is having issues with plumbing that need an alternative way to take care of issues.

I can't say thank you enough to Nu Flow. It's been a few years now since I last used their services but they came out and serviced my previous home and current home. My previous home I was quoted by plumbers over $38K to fix the issue and Nu Flow did it for $8K. My current home was quoted at $48K and Nu Flow did it for $10K. HUGE difference!! I've referred them out several times and everyone has nothing but great things to say about them. We recently had to replace a collapsed drain pipe after it was damaged by root growth. NuFlow came out quickly to provide a quote, which was thorough and included scope footage to show us the damage. Their quote was much more reasonable than others we had gotten, and they scheduled the work quickly, even though it was around the holidays. Work was completed in one day, and was followed up by additional scope footage to show what had been completed. Everyone we dealt with was professional and helpful. If you need pipe repairs and don’t want to deal with ripping up your yard and landscaping I would highly recommend working with NuFlow.

The communication from Nu Flow has been very difficult to work with. When they first sent someone out the crew had turned off my water and removed my toilet in the only bathroom. They left without letting me know if I was ok to use the toilet. I had to call my rep who quickly advised I was able to use it. There were other issues that came up and they ended up having to come back but no one reached out for several days on when someone would be coming back. I had to reach out before I was provided dates. The job finally got finished but now I have not received the after video of the work completed that is stated I will receive in my contract. I have emailed twice, called and left a voicemail and texted my rep with no reply for over 4 days now.

Inspection and presentation we're very professional and impressive. We choose a different company for price.

Nuflow knows what they are doing when it comes to re-lining pipes. I had old corroded cast iron at my house that needed to be re-lined, along with an offset in my clay pipe that needed a “spot liner”. Nuflow performed the installation safely and with quality workmanship. There were a few incidental damages to the house caused during the installation, but Nuflow repaired everything promptly. Overall it was a positive experience for me and now I have pipes that should last 50 years. All without any major trenching or busting up slabs inside. Plus way less risk of clogged up or busted sewer pipes and all the fun associated with that.

The sewer pipe in my house collapsed due to age (house built in 1974) and I was without the use of my bathrooms. Nate is my service representative and he is WONDERFUL. Prompt in return of texts and calls, is very sensitive to the home owners concerns, and stays current throughout the repair job. Ray was the lead plumbing specialist and he did a fantastic job in accessing and replacing my sewer pipe and taking care of any plumbing issue. Rosalio was the tile specialist and he replaced the missing tiles from excess stock I had and put the toilet and washer and dryer back. It was a worry filled time for me, but having Nate, Ray, Rosalio, and the rest of the NuFlow professional team here taking care of my plumbing issue set my mind at ease. They were all very kind and knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I highly recommend NuFlow for any plumbing issue you may have for quick, expert repair.
