Hayden made a video recording of our drainage pipes, and did a great job showing us the video. He explained everything very well and answered all our questions. He also answered our phone calls and was on time for appointments. The work was done professionally and as scheduled.

Hayden and 3 men that cleaned all pipes did great job. They were quick friendly and everything has worked well since. They also did it for a third of the price that I was quoted from another company so I’m happy.

Nuflow is the best. They said they would come out and inspect our sewer for free and they did (quickly). They had no incentive to give us a clean bill of health, except their integrity. They are now on my list of sewer problem solvers!!

the guys came out to give me a quote, the 2 individuals were upbeat, optimistic and professional. I was pleased that they were confident they'd be able to save my little house I'm working on. The home is vacant and the initial start date had to be moved up a bit, I'm not upset about that at all, since I'm not entirely in a rush. Work will begin tomorrow and I'll provide another proper review of the work done once complete, So far I am happy and have complete and total faith in the product.

Im very satisfied with the work done. The home i needed service at is insanely old and saving the house and not needing to demo the entire foundation to replace pipe was very important to me.

The team was friendly, professional and knowledgeable about the nu flo technology. They had a lot of confidence in their work and the product and that made me feel great, I wad a nervous wreck not knowing if the old pipes can be slaved with the epoxy reline service. They got it done!

Working with Hayden Grant and NU Flow has been a five star experience. A lot of people don’t know that the Reline system is proprietary. I have not met another Re-Line company with a realistic and long lasting solution like NU Flow. The office team is responsive, the crews are both respectful and knowledgeable. I look forward to working with Hayden long into the future.

Quality sales and service from beginning to end. Placed their high tech pipe relining product in a failing sewer line. This line was under the existing concrete house slab with expensive wood flooring. Saved thousands of $$ by not having to cut/remove/replace concrete floors and wood flooring INSIDE the home to perform the sewer pipe replacement. All work was completed in just one day so the tenants were able to remain in the home. Work was done cleanly and before/after videos of the inside of the sewer line were provided for my inspection. These folks are the “real deal” and gave new life to a sound but aging home. Kudos to sales rep Hayden Grant and to both field and office staff for making this happen “as promised”!

The cast iron sewer pipes under the concrete slab foundation had corroded in our 1973 home. We had two traditional plumbing companies quote a trench dig and we compared this with Nuflows epoxy lining option. We opted for this alternative and were very pleased with the work and the professionalism. If we'd had the sewer pipes dug out, we were looking at a much longer and messier job. This work was completed by a great team in 3 days, with a 20year warranty. Videos of the pipes before and after were provided and Hayden Grant was available to answer any questions.
We were delighted with the whole process.

Nu Flow was the best call I could have made. I first attempted through my home warranty to diagnose a kitchen sink clog and was told I had root issues in my pipe and was recommended for expensive excavation procedures. Nate and his team came and diagnosed the issue as a candidate for relining the pipe, and upon getting into the pipe with superior tools, cleared the issue without any need to reline the pipe, saving me a lot of money and hassle that I would have incurred needlessly had I used any of the other plumbing services I consulted. This is a standup company with great communication, teamwork, and honesty to get their customer the best result. I will utilize their services again!

Within a few days, an account manager came to my property and ran an inspection on my sewer, finding major problems in drainage throughout my house. Working with Sean from NuFlow, he inspected my pipes thoroughly using cameras and locating all the pipes. He was very straightforward and congenial with his interaction with my wife and me, putting us at ease with the endeavor that we were going to encounter with our plumbing. Once we confirmed the NuFlow company to be our agent in correcting our problem, a crew was here in an expedient manner. The crew, along with Sean, were very professional and workmanlike in relining our sewer. Any kind of adjustment on the project that was needed was brought to my attention for me to make the final educated decision. I am recommending anyone who has a sewer or plumbing issue give NuFlow the initial opportunity to correct the matter. I find that it is a truthful and honest company to work with.

They helped clear decades—and I mean decades—of sludge and buildup from an old storm drain in a 1945 building I picked up about four months ago. Based on what came out, I’m pretty confident this drain hadn’t been properly serviced in close to 80 years. Not a small job, and definitely not a pretty one.

What really impressed me was their process. They didn’t just clear the line and disappear—they ran a camera through the system to identify exactly where the pipe runs and where it ties in, which is invaluable when you’re dealing with older buildings and mystery infrastructure. Clear explanations, solid visuals, and no guessing.
