Just left this place after a rude and aggressive encounter with the plumbing parts employee. When I asked to speak with his supervisor he said HE was the supervisor. So sad!!

They don't warranty anything. They tell you to deal directly with the manufacturer. Very inconvenient. WOULD NEVER BUY HERE AGAIN OR RECOMMNED!!!

Website says open and gives hours so I went to the store. There is a showroom closed until further notice sign on the door. Unlikely to attempt to shop there again.

I was without hot water starting sometime Saturday. I couldn’t get a plumber to even diagnose it until Monday night. I was there Monday afternoon with a jumbled mess of wires for a gas water heater and no parts in town. John (I believe that was his name) helped me source the part off an old water heater in the back. No guarantees it would work but it was worth a shot. It’s been working for a week. I only had to buy a giant wrench to replace the part. He gave me a discount on it. I didn’t even need the wrench to dismantle my piece since it was apparently a bit janky installed. He scanned a coupon for me on the wrench. I was never going to return it, but I looked up the wrench on Black Friday out of curiosity on amazon and it was marked down to about two bucks more than I paid for it. I’m a returning customer for life. This is also one of the only plumbing supply stores open on a weekend. They are open until 11:30 on Saturdays. No other plumbing supply store is open on the weekend to my knowledge.

Ten stars. Parts in stock, more than helpful and knowledgeable staff. Saved me hundreds of dollars and several days.

Extremely helpful employees both times I visited, they answered all my detailed questions, and gave useful advice. good variety of products available to see in person (finishes, tubs, etc). the store sort of looks like it's closed from the outside - but go in - they are helpful, and it is "normal" inside.

Very happy and satisfied with the ABS fittings I bought here at Standard Plumbing also bought PVC Sch. 40 fittings and pex fittings too. People that work here are awesome and friendly. Charley was very friendly and helpful at the will call desk. I like how laid out and super clean this Standard Plumbing Supply location is. The best supply store in the Phoenix area. Thanks again!

Standard plumbing supply located on 24th Street and Thomas is my number one plumbing go to store they always have everything I need and there are very accommodating and professional and being a contractor getting preferred pricing is a blessing

Call this plumber if your sewer is backed up or your lines are clogged. They were able to clear out the drain in my bathroom sink, and the price was fair.
