Called at 6:10 in the morning and my call was answered by Johnny, the owner. John was at my home at 8:30, assessed my water heaters issues, the best and only remedy was getting a new water heater. He showed me the brand he prefers, Rudd, and offered to install any brand of heater. I compared the Rudd to AO SMITH, and others and went with the Rudd unit. Removal and installation were done efficiently with improved plumbing relocation (54 year old home). Very pleased with John’s fast response and quality finish. Will use Heatwave in future plumbing without hesitation. Very very appreciative with Johnny and his business Heatwave!

We were having some issues with our AZ bathroom toilet. Johnnie gave us a fair estimate on what needed to be done. He replaced the toilet & repaired some other minor problems we were having with it.
