These guys are great! I've dealt with other plumbing supply shops closer to me that are a pain to deal with (terrible customer service, miserable attitudes, poor inventory, etc.). How refreshing to find a place like this that cares about their customers and knows what they're doing. I'll definitely be back; two thumbs up!!

Great work / got the job done fast. Only issue is I had a 8 to 12 time block and I waited till 12:30 with no contact from the company. I called them and they said they were on their way. Waited another hour and we called again and the company had no idea where their crew was. Finally showed up around 2:30 to 3. I understand things slow you down but a phone call would be nice to keep the customer updated.

I'd love to write a more thorough review but my customer experience isn't over yet. Like all of the other reviews the customer care quality here is phenomenal. It was very natural, meaning that it's an integral part of these people's character, not have-to. I did not feel rushed for time and they are most respectful; this includes every staff that I made contact with there. Very clean environment. They have the resources and expertise where it's needed for this niche market. I have some more business to conduct with Sonoran Plumbing but I'm confident that it will only enrich my experience. Thank you.

I came in with nothing but a quick, makeshift drawing of what I needed, and they took the time to walk through everything with me piece by piece. I honestly didn’t know what I was doing, and we couldn’t afford to hire a plumber, so I was really hoping someone could help. They didn’t just point me to an aisle — they helped me figure out every single part I needed for the job and made sure it all made sense.

They were patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. They completely saved the day for me. I’ll never go to another plumbing supply store again.
