John helped me out with a washing machine drain pipe assembly that mated to obsolete (hard to find) plumbing and it fits good. Way better than taking it to home depot and asking for help.

Sonoran Plumbing is great to purchase from i have great customer service and help from the staff,if i have questions about fixing something if they don't know they find the answer in a short period of time . I didn't think there was a retailer around like Sonoran Plumbing anymore

The guy Albert that came was very nice, but I guess he wanted to remind us that he was here by leaving a couple extra leaks.
He came over to check a leak from the master bath. Through his diagnostics, he left a drippy showerhead, which we had to call to have him come and fix. He has also taken a look at the toilet, which we later found was leaking, but Sonoran said that wasn't covered.
Not only are there leaks from my pipes, now there is a leak in my wallet and a leak in my heart....which has forced me to leak this story.

I own Anthony's plumbing here in the valley and deal with a wide range of supply houses in the industry, that being said I'd love to share that sonoran plumbing supply has been a key part in our organization keeping pricing very competitive and still maintaining a great level of service!! This company was given to us by our Home Warranty. The quality of sound/reception on the phone was bad, the receptionist (with a very cheerful voice) was not willing to cooperate. She insisted that the time frame suggested had to be four hours: the whole morning or the whole afternoon. The receptionist claimed that she is not able to talk to their plumbers to enquire whether they could give us at least approximate time, or come from 8am till 11am at least. She was insisting on 8am till 12pm, without any desire to understand, that people (we) have to work. She refused to be flexible, understanding, helpful. May be they have good plumbers, but We had to cancel this company, due to the receptionist's absolute lack of desire to be a little bit flexible, helpful or kind. The system requires to put at least one star, i didn't want to give any.
Very sorry.
