Almost all of their sales rep don't respond back to you your delivery truck either doesn't show or late just bad business even after giving them chances

Worst place to get loaded they take over 8 hours to load a trailer. The boys they have in their wharehouse are lazy. I dont blame the government for hiring robots. O/O stay away from this place I will never get a loaded here ever again. 0 starsm

Omg THE BEST EVER. Had an issue with a hot water heater that Joe installed a couple of months ago called him this morning here he came running all the way to Wickenburg to resolve the problem. The issue had nothing to do with the time consuming job Joe did previously it was due to lack off attention from my EMPLOYEES. He's awesome resolved the issue and was more than fair with me. I love this hardworking family they are fair honest & DEPENDABLE. More than I can say about the rest of the plumbing companies around.

We came to this place to return a part that we found that not belong to us it came after they did repairs on one of my machines and I was missing my original blades I wen in to see what was happening they gave me the worst attitude they didn't even say hi to us when we walked in and then at the end they did not give me what I gave them from beginning I even had my receipt rood costumer service I definitely don't recommend this place to any on if there was a way of leaving 0 stars that's what they deserve

Great service every time

Steven took time to really examine my issues in both directions. He assessed that the main issue I had was outside, and their core business product is for inside. He collaborated with his team, and a 2nd person will come out to validate what it will take to address the outside issues.
The Number Flow product seems great (Steven showed me a sample). I will hang onto the bid for the inside work and likely go with that in the future.
The company culture seems very customer focused. No up-sell or hard sell tactics, just good data and respect, with a good product and process to back it up.

Wonderful to work with. Easy to set an appointment, I got an email immediately who my rep would be. My rep, Stevan, called the morning of. Stevan was very nice. He explained everything to me and the steps. No pushy sales of any kind. Ask for Stevan when making an appointment. Will use them for all future plumbing needs!!!

So refreshing to have an honest plumber! Stevan was early to the appointment. He was extremely articulate and explained everything . After scoping the line with camera explained there was no issues with line and showed us the video. Other plumbers told us that the line was all deteriorated and needed replacement and told us it was all original cast iron when in reality it was 90% new ABS. Thank you, Stevan! Restored our faith that honest tradesmen do still exist!

I rarely give a 5-star rating but Nu Flow has earned it. From the initial contact through the completion of the project, the entire team has been responsive, professional, and courteous. If you are faced with disintegrating cast iron pipe in your house you owe it to yourself to contact Nu Flow and have them educate you on their product/service so you can determine what is best for you.

Toby did an excellent and efficient job examining the sewer lines at our new home. He showed up early, provided a detailed analysis of our scope, and offered future solutions. Nuflow will be our go to company for use and referral!

I found all of the Nu Flow employees to be ethical and honest! They do good work and they do exactly what they say they will do. I recommend them highly and without reservation. I don't know how competitive their prices are because I never took bids from anyone else. I wanted quality work and I got it!

Highly recommend this company. We started out with Justin making the deal, what a great guy and real people person. Then the next team came in to scope, clean our pipes, and line the pipes. These guys were real prompt, real polite and worked great as a team. Three days and done. You have an amazing young group of employees. Thank you!

My wife and I are very satisifed with Nuflow!! Stevan was our sales rep and great to work with and very responsive to any questions we had. When ready for installation day Corey and the crew were on time called when on the way and answered all of our questions throughout the entire process. They were done in 2 day's like they said with the relining process. Followed by them was Brandon and the crew to come out dig in our master bedroom to replace a broken pipe. They were in and out in a day with the concrete leveled back to where it was to begin with. I would highly recommend Nuflow!!!

The underground waste plumbing in our townhouse was falling apart. I guess it was older ceramic pipes. In any case, we obtained estimates for repair/replacement from several companies. The typical company, tears up the floor to get at the pipes in order to replace them. I went on-line and found an alternative to tearing up the floors called Ne Flow. They came out and took a video like the others. Their process involves lining the old system with a bladder then filling up the area with a epoxy that forms a pipe when it sets. I called some other companies in Tuscon that did similar technique and they said it worked well. The price was similar to the other companies but we did not have to tear up and replace the floor covering which can be very expensive! We had them do the process and they sent a final video showing the result. it looks great and we don't have any more waste issues. The company was excellent in customer service and when they found the did not have to do a "clean out" of some pipes, we received a credit on the price! They did not have to even tell us about that as we had no idea what they were talking about. All I can say, is they were very honest and reputable. I would highly recommend Nu flow!

Nu Flow went above and beyond with their services. Exceptional customer service. I received quotes from multiple plumbing companies, Nu Flow was not the least expensive but I felt the most comfortable with their company and communication. Would highly recommend!

Eric and Nu Flow where unbelievably professional with out liner project. It started off simple, but as they got in there we discovered new challenges. They where able to communicate and navigate these challenges with amazing proactivity and efficiency. I recommend them to absolutely everyone, fantastic skill and even better results!
