Shane and crew were fantastic! In a world of fairly shady characters it’s nice to have someone that is trustworthy, reliable and reasonable in cost. Reputable Rooter and Drain just did a BIG job for me on my sewer line. Ryan and his crew were very friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable from beginning to end!

I had an emergency in the middle of the night and he showed up even though it was almost MIDNIGHT! If I had a question, all I had to do was ask them and they were happy to give me an answer in detail so that I could understand. They came, they showed up when they said they would be here and stayed till the job was done. They cleaned up after and it looked great. I would definitely recommend them. What a awesome company! They were sent here to give us an estimate on a drainage pipe that evidently collapsed which led to flooding in our house and more serious problems in the entire drainage system . Since they were sent by a insurance company we have ftom the city if Mesa for homeiwners who's houses were built before 1964 ours was built in 1960. Anyways they were hired to take care of the portion from our foundation to the street and since Our homeowners insurance decided (state farm) that the damage under the house was a reaccuring leak, they denied our claim. So tell me how some water stains on the frame of the house determines a previous leak? Well Drainiology was still working on the other work so they offered us a second opinion and said they would see what they could do to get our insurance to cover the work. It turned out to be our main drainage line under the house, and drainiology was there to save the day. This company consisted of 3 gentlemen that Im aware of and let me tell you I wouldn't of had anyone else but them they were straight up with us and they explained everything they were doing and why and they were very friendly, and I was comfortable having them in my home as they were about to spend the next 3 weeks working on our drainage system. Needless to say State Farm covered $00 and Drainiology was not only sympathetic towards us they were fare and very reasonable when it came to the final bill.
I give Ryan & Mike kudos for helping us and for being so knowledgeable and patient with us. I would recommend them to everyone I know!!

Wow! Great company! Above and beyond! I needed emergency same-day service for a tree-root-blocked sewer line (I only have one bathroom) and they showed up after hours and solved the problem quickly! Dirt and debris had blocked the drain in the tub as well, and they handled that with the same efficiency! This is the plumber you want!

Shane and Scott were both extremely helpful and responsive! I had a major pluming issue that required cutting into the wall and rerouting the pipe, and well as camera checking the lines (which they did at no additional charge). Would recommend!

It is rare to find a company that is both highly skilled and truly pleasant to work with, but they nailed both.

They took the time to explain what was going on, walked me through the options in plain language, and made sure I felt comfortable with the plan before doing anything. Terrible! They didn't show up and when I called to explore what happened they teed off on me. Wasted 2 hours with them. Never use them again!

Just saw Beall's had only 1 review on here, and I've been using them for nearly 15 years now. One of the Beall's brothers did an outstanding job on a water main replacement and repiping the entry to my 70 year old house about 6 or 7 years ago. Was a long haul, and he gave me a superb break for having it trenched already, and the pipe layout and fitting was outstanding. Longer than that, they've been my go-to guys for drain snaking and more, and they always do a great job at a reasonable price. Better than that, they're in the Creighton community, and right down the street from my house in Arcadia Light. Nice to have somebody in the hood.
