Called about leach field supplies and was greeted with a very rude employee. Didnt say his name so couldnt even identify him. But not helpful and very stuck up.

All of them; from Leroy, Armando, Javier, Robert, RaNa, Rafael, Skott, Alfred, David, Dan, Don, Carlos, chuck, Mikey, Dane, Nick Jr & Sr. etc. And all the amazing drivers that are always on time for delivery

Bought a part the day before. Cartridge was not closing. Came back the next morning and they refused my return. Told me to make a claim with Delta. Part was 3x the price. That’s their customer service.

Hate this place. Wouldn’t deal with them if I could choose not to but company is contracted with em. I’d go to Winsupply if you could choose

INSANE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!! 100/10 stars!!!!!!! The guys were demoing my tub/ shower today and realized the tub we picked up had a chip in it so the team at Canyon Pipe/ Ferguson specifically Johnny the warehouse manager is top tier service!! They are delivering new tub and picking up the damaged one within 4 hours notice SAME DAY!! This allowed us to continue with the timeline with NO PROJECT DELAY!!!! I also forgot to buy the shower valve and they added it to the delivery!!!!!!!!!

The technology these guys use to repair and line pipes is amazing. Expert touch and patient with old crumbling pipes, they are also responsive in an emergency.

I originally spoke with Shane. I thought I was having a very serious plumbing problem that would cost thousands of dollars. Everything was pointing in that direction, especially since another plumbing company was at my house and ready to charge $8,000. When Shane's plumbers came out, it was discovered none of that expensive work was needed. This saved a lot of money.

Drainiology can out to my house and Ryan did an excellent job cleaning and repairing my sewer line which was backup. He was very friendly and extremely knowledgeable about his job. I would recommend Ryan (Drainiology) to anyone.
