I’ve worked with Freddy twice now, and he’s absolutely amazing. He’s prompt, easy to communicate with, incredibly friendly, and extremely helpful. He’s great at what he does, and his pricing is more than fair.

Hired Freddy to do some basic repairs around the house a couple weeks ago. He does qualify work in a timely manner. I was very pleased with the service quality and professionalism I experienced.

I would highly recommend going with someone else. We reached out for an inspection prior to purchasing a home. He was extremely rushed the entire time and repeatedly asked if he was done and could leave while I was asking questions. He looked at a shower drain that was blocked and confirmed with absolute confidence that the only issue was hair build up. It was actually completely full of grout and cement that I had to pay hundreds of dollars to resolve after moving in. Go with someone that takes their time in reviewing your issues and provides quality customer service.

Highly recommend Freddy! We had someone else out that after hours and hours still wasn't able to fix our problem, said they would be back the next day and then didn't call and didn't show up. When we called them, they said they couldn't come out until another day. Meanwhile, we had sewage literally backing into our yard. We contacted Freddy and he came out ASAP, knew what was wrong and fixed it promptly, and charged way less than we thought it was going to be.

I wish I could give him 10 stars! Five does not suffice! Fredy was AMAZING!! He solved a problem that is years and years old. Our apartment washing machine drain line was backed up and after 2 visits from other plumbers with no success. Freddy spent the time and unclogged our drain! Incredible, incredible service from this company!!!

I have used Freddy’s services 5 times in the last few months and each time he has exceeded my expectations. He does quality work at a reasonable price and leaves his work area extremely clean. I would give him 6 stars if that was an option.

Freddy came 75 miles to hydrojet our extra long waste water drain. Major drains were backing up and we could use no water. He came early afternoon and stayed 6 hours until he had the entire drain system completely clear. He used his state of the art equipment: cameras, lines, high pressure jets etc. to clean out 8 years of egg shells, on which so much sludge hung up. When they tell you not to ever put eggshells in the disposal. Don't. The other thing that was so revealing was that the disposal simply does not grind things up to very small bits. We are believers now. Freddy stayed till after 8 p.m. - moved other appointments around just to ensure that our pipe was absolutely cleared. Many a plumber would have given us the green light well before, as the line was unpacked sufficiently that water could flowed - for awhile. But, would be hampered again in no time with even just a few areas of eggshell deposits. He, is most conscientious and we appreciate him so much.

I highly recommend Freddy fox plumbing! Came out within an hour of being called - my washer valve broke and the water was off so I needed service immediately. Professional, punctual and for a fair price - most plumbers would have to cut into the wall and then i would have to deal with drywall but he made it work and did the job perfectly. Freddy came by to check out a leak I had, he was referred by a friend. I explained the leak my 1920's build home has, under the crawl space. I explained I've had issues with two other plumbers being flaky and that I had it scoped (cam'd) by them both and I had the footage available to watch. Freddy insisted that he scope it himself.
He spent about two hours running a line to show me footage that I'd already seen before, completely ignoring what I told him was the issue until he diagnosed exactly what I had been saying.
He couldn't pinpoint the leak and instead gave me a ballpark area to dig out, after which he would come back and quote me the repair. He then charged me $300 for a line scope I had already done, twice before. As I said, I even had recorded footage of it.
I did the dig, exactly where he said and couldn't find the leak. I then continued to dig, going so far as to tear some floor out of a bedroom to find the leak. When I DID find the leak and sent Freddy a head's up he completely ghosted me on the project.
Ok, here's where I'm wrong. He's not a two star. Freddy left his dirty latex gloves laying on my living room floor, had me hold tools for him while he tried to scope my line, and complained about how long his day was the entire time he was here, then charged me $300 to offer absolutely no help what so ever.
I guess if you need a rooter he'll probably work but otherwise put this chump on your DNC list.

Freddy has been my go to plumber for years now at my personal home and my investment properties. He always does an outstanding job, is very personable, and cares for his clients and their homes.
This week he truly outdid himself. I had a plumbing emergency in the ONLY bathroom at one of my Airbnbs (sewage backing up into the tub and the toilet leaking all over the floor). Freddy came out at night and in the middle of a monsoon (or what seemed like a hurricane) got on my roof and jetted out a tree root.
I know I can always count on Freddy to be there for me and to get the job done. He is always quick to respond to my texts and is always willing to take the time to explain things to me as well. I never hesitate to refer him to anyone I know since I know he will always be presentable and professional at any job.

Freddy has helped me multiple times clearing blocked sewer lines at several properties. He is always quick to respond and does a great job. I highly recommend him!

I'm a repeat customer of Freddy's. I needed a couple non-emergency plumbing repairs done so I texted him - he responded in less than a minute saying he'd be over later that day! Not only did he show up just like he said he would, he was willing to work late into the evening hours, on a weekend no less, to get the job done right. He's professional, friendly, honest, and his rates are reasonable. Definitely recommend him.

Freddy is AMAZING! A couple of weeks ago I needed a toilet replaced and some pipe work done. I reached out to Freddy and he responded within an hour, answered all my questions, and set up a time to come out that worked best for me. On the day of the appointment he was on time, professional, efficient, very reasonably priced, and cleaned up after he worked. Freddy is super personable and a wealth of knowledge. He was able to give me some awesome advice on another plumbing issue I have going on and some great ideas that would end up saving me money in the long run. This is the second home I have used Freddy at. I had a historic 1915 home he did some work on a year ago and he did amazing work with me super old pipes! I have nothing but amazing things to say about him. We will definitely use him for any future plumbing needs. Call him - he is awesome. He responds well and quickly to text messages as well which is so convenient. Freddy rocks. Bottom line.

Freddy “was” amazing. I can’t say anything bad about his skill as a plumber but he poured gallons of water down a vent pipe to prove it was a roof leak but it wasn’t. This caused my ceiling to collapse and never offered to help get it repaired. As his business has grown, he has been slow to respond or totally unresponsive to new and old customers. He’s expanding his business and I think he moved to Buckeye and he doesn’t want to travel. My advice is to keep looking for a better plumber.

Caring, genuine, friendly, honest, and goes out of his way to make sure you are taken care of. Freddy has been to my house at 5am on an emergency call to random drain clogs same day. Walked me through a problem one time via phone call so I didn’t have to pay him for coming out. 10/10 recommend.
