Have used them a few times since moving to Arizona. By far one of the best plumbers I have ever used ~ fair price, good quality work, friendly and professional. They stand behind their work ~ 4 years after installing my water filter system, I had an issue replacing the filter. I called the office and received a call back from Christopher in about 5 minutes. After walking me through the process, the filter canister was still stuck. I called Christopher back and he was at my house within 15 minutes, helped me get the canister open and replace the filter. When I asked him how much I owe him, he said don't worry about it. Can't beat customer service like that ~ I'll be a customer for life! Thanks Christopher.

Knowledgeable, fair and quickly resolved our tankless water heater issues and installed a reliable water softener. Will be our go-to plumbing provider going forward.

Great Service at a fair price. Chris was professional, friendly and thorough with the installation of a water softener and hot water heater. It's been less than 30 days (installed in early March) hence only 4 stars but so far, everything is working perfectly. I would recommend Pipe Doctor Plumbing to others.

We had a leak in our ceiling below the primary bathroom. AZ Best Pipe Doctor was the only plumber of three we had look at the issue that was able to correctly diagnose the issue. They were on time, and communication could not have been better or more timely. (I think they responded and scheduled within 15 minutes of me reaching out to them initially...wow!) If I could give them 6 stars I would. 100% recommended.

I needed 3 hose bibs replaced and a diagnosis on my hot water heater. The staff was quick to offer a couple of options for my hot water heater issue and replaced my hose bibs quickly and neatly. They were on time as promised and friendly to my dogs. Very satisfied customer.

Just when I thought there was no honesty and great service around anymore....these guys show up! We had several contractors come out to try to figure out an issue. After charging us, they could not solve the problem. Pipe Doctor stepped in and cleared the line to get us back in business! First, Chris loved our cats. Second, he’s obviously been a plumber for a while and really knows what he’s doing. Our our water heater installation was done with clear attention to detail. Joints were soldered nicely and Chris used quality parts and warrantied his work for 2 years. The final bill was fair and I am really happy with our new setup.

I have a couple of other plumbers look at our RO system, and Matt was by far the most knowledgable and professional. He replaced our system for cheaper than the other companies quoted, did it quickly, and was very clean and respectful of our home. They will be our go-to plumber in the future! Highly recommend!

Pre-purchase inspection of our north Scottsdale home revealed bellies in two sewer pipes. One was under our driveway, requiring a large concrete section to be broken up and removed. The other one was 30 feet long and 12 feet deep! Definitely the type of job you want done right the first time.

I’ll start with the “I don’t usually write reviews” line because it is true but this business deserves props. We have used AZ’s Best Pipe Dr Plumbing twice now. Once for a hot water and pressure issue and once for some work on gas lines / fireplace. Shaq was our service person both times. We had first used this company for the gas line issue and were so impressed that we decided to also use them for our plumbing needs moving forward. The scheduler was very pleasant and helpful. Shaq was fantastic. He’s incredibly personable and clearly has a wide breadth of knowledge. Both times the issues were not obvious and although my husband is generally pretty handy, we needed a professional. As such, we’d have likely been an easy target for an unscrupulous business. Turns out that both times, the fix was a relatively easy one and not only were we told that but charged a price that reflected it as well. There is none of that annoying up selling or pressure, just honest information and thoroughly answered questions. Because of their approach and our positive experience, we are planning multiple projects that we had put off through the years because the hassle (and prices) of dealing with companies we’d used in the past just didn’t seem worth it. If you don’t have a plumbing company that you’re already in love with, I’d really recommend giving this one a go.

Matt from the best pipe doctors came to my house to investigate a leak as shown on our water bill. It turns out that the leak was in my irrigation system, not in any pipes underneath our house. It turns out that our landscaper could repair the leaks, and in fact did eased my mind..

A friend recommended this company after we’d tried the big box stores and were told there was a two to four week wait to get the water heater we wanted. Matt came out to survey the problem and installed the water heater the next day. Problem solved in less than twenty four hours. I’ll be recommending them to anyone I know needing plumbing service. The technician was able to diagnose and repair my tankless water heater in about 20 minutes. He also pointed out a drainage issue and fixed that as well. I would definitely use this company again, they also have online scheduling which is very convenient.

We had a handyman do a completely wrong gas line that was giving us all
Kinds of problems - if we turned on the fireplace, the gas grill went out.
Pipe doctor plumbing came out, took a look and gave me an estimate and time frame. They came out, did the job, problem was fixed with no additional issues..
Theknew what they were doing and all the guys working on it were great. Would use again and highly recommend!

Had a water softner and RO installed. Install was ok although I had to have them come back a few times due to some errors. The most frustrating thing is I realized I did not get an invoice and have tried to email them several times and even called but cannot get someone to follow up with me. Super disappointing.
