Came over to look at our water heater, said it needed to be replaced and was under warranty so they would get the replacement and follow up. But then they just left and never followed up. Charged me a $300 trip charge for nothing and now I have to call a different plumber to get it fixed

I've used AZ Best Pipe Plumbing Dr before and had a great experience. The 2nd time I asked how much it would cost to replace/install a water heater. Chris the owner said he would send someone to do an estimate and did not tell me once there would be a service fee $182. Matt came and did an estimate and advised me it would be $500 to install a new water heater if I purchased one. Then he said he said the $182 would be used towards the install if I did it within 2 weeks. When I got the actual estimate it said it was $650 cost, which was not what I was told. 2 days later Chris the owner came and did the water heater install. He did do a good job until he charged me the $650 and would not use the $182 as a credit which is what I was told by Matt. He said that the $182 was a service fee to tell me what the issue was and that was a cost for his plumber to do an estimate and gas cost. I advised him that I already knew what the issue was which is why I asked him in the beginning what the cost would be to install a water heater which would have saved the plumber the trip. He only used some of the money from the service fee instead of all that I was advised would be used. Versus honoring what I was told for the incorrect cost of the install, in addition to using the full $182 service fee towards the actual service you lost a customer. Next time be honest and transparent about your costs. Do no price gauge your customers and back pedal of what was actually told by one of your employees.

Brandon was amazing! After having multiple plumbers come out and fail to fix an ongoing issue with our tub, Brandon came up with a clever solution that finally resolved the problem — and now everything works perfectly. He even came back to do some additional work, and everything has been running smoothly since. His prices were very fair, his demeanor was professional and friendly, and the quality of his work was excellent. Highly recommend him if you’re looking for a reliable, skilled plumber!

I needed a plumber to install a whole house filtration system that I purchased. AZ's Best was recommended and specifically Chris. Chris was familiar with the system I purchased and was indeed very knowledgeable. There was a lot of piping that needed to be done as well as the setup for the system. Chris was here for the whole day and did an outstanding job.

Awesome service at a fair price. Chris knows what he is doing. I needed a ball valve added, liked the work so I had him replace my softener and RO as well.

Wendy was a pleasure to work with in the office and getting all my questions answered. Never got tired of my questions. Matt was courteous and efficient and did a clean amazing job with installing my water softener, RO and pressure vacuum breaker. A+ service and company to work with all around! Chris and his team are the best of the best! My grandpa had an issue with a leaky toilet, they were out quickly, rebuilt the toilet and checked all the other plumbing in the house....all for a fair price. Chris and his team is fantastic. When I called to set up the appointment, they walked me through what to expect. I received an email about the appointment and were reminded of the appointment. I know nothing about plumbing but Chris explained what he was doing and what needed to be fixed. He even discovered that our water softener didn't have a chlorine reduction system which is why many of our gagets in the toilet were corrrodiing and we were replacing them a lot. I am happy with the service and will have them out again!
