Honest, Fair and extremely knowledgeable. This plumbing business is the real deal. Elderly parent's drain pipes in 60+ year old home were corroded beyond use. 4 other plumbers wanted to do a fix that would have cost 14-19K. Kirk and Mustang plumbing came up with a novel method to access and replace underground pipes and charged my mom less than $2K. From Valorie's prompt informed replies from the front office to the owner Kirk's vast experience and fairness to the work ethic of the Mustang employees, this place is the very best.

We live in a mid-century central Phx home with the typical drain slowing from time to time and we have had Ed do our drain snaking the past several years. He is fantastic. He is thorough and very knowledgeable on clearing lines. Mustang plumbing has fantastic communication and extremely reasonable pricing. I highly recommend their services.

I bought a house and found this company listed on a sticker on the water softener. I called them to come out and service the softener plus install an RO system. They were fast, professional and very knowledgeable! They were able to pull up any work done on the house previously and gave me a run down of dates things were installed or repaired. He even looked at a regulator problem I had in the shower without charging since it was such a quick fix. I will use this company for all my plumbing needs!

Excellent job! We reached out to discuss installing a soft water system. The owner came out and was super informative, and offered suggestions. He provided a quote, we scheduled them and work was done per quote. They were professional, punctual and delivered.

Because of the excellent reviews, we contacted AZ’s Best Pipe Doctor Plumbing for an estimate. Chris, the owner, came the next day. His knowledge gave us comfort and peace of mind while discussing solutions to our plumbing concerns. On the day of the scheduled upgrades, Chris was also our technician; he had texted us to let us know he could start an hour earlier, if we’d like. The work is top-notch. Chris completed the work efficiently, competently, and left all looking spotless. Our plumbing work did not come cheap but it’s nothing compared to what our neighbor paid their very well radio,TV advertised, and very large, plumbing company, last month.

They did a great of creating trench for a pipe to go under the driveway and installed a whole house no salt water filter and a gas tankless water heater. The technicians were respectful and competent. Thanks for a great job!

We had a GE Hybrid water heater (Gen1) that we wanted to have inspected. AZ Pipe Doctor came out to look at it. They were extremely knowledgeable and were able to point out that we were very close to having a fire due to melted wiring issues that we did not even know about. The new water heater was put in the following day, we have been very pleased with the result. They also put in a new water control to our house, in a subsequent visit that was also handled professionally!

Shach was very knowledgeable and diagnosed my home plumbing problem immediately. He took the time to educate me on how to fix and overcome similar problems in the future. He was very conscientious on making sure that he cleaned up any area that he worked in. It was very easy doing business with this company, from setting up an appointment online, receiving text messages immediately confirming the appointment and interacting with great professionals such as Shach. They will be used for any future plumbing problems that I might have.

They came out to my place found the leak within an hour and had it repaired very fast saving me money on my water bill I would recommend them , they are like the Jimmy John’s on how fast they respond to the situation will be leaving a 4 star for sure would have given 5 star but since this is a real review it’s 4 star for above and beyond!

I’ve used Pipe Doctor many times… a faucet install, water heater install, garbage disposal install, RO filter changes. I can say without a doubt they are the most reliable and trustworthy plumbing company I’ve ever had in our home. I can’t recommend Chris & his team enough. They are trustworthy & worth every penny. This company was amazing! I am the pickiest person on the earth when it comes to craftsmanship, I reviewed this with the owner and set the expectation. Shaq Perez, who doesn’t love that name, was my plumber today and this guys installation methods were above and beyond my own which is extremely hard to do. They were definitely not the least expensive but as with anything in life you pay for what you get and these guys were worth every penny! If you don’t use them you are just dumb.

Matt & Chris were great for the job. They were reasonably priced & knowledgeable. They answered all my questions, and most importantly they were on time. I would use them again if a situation arises.

I called and the phone was answered quickly. No waiting on hold! I described a few jobs that needed to get done. we scheduled a day and I got immediate confirmation as a text message. Rob showed up on time and got nearly everything done super fast. He replaced a hose bib that was long in the tooth in my backyard, and gave me a whole new outdoor spigot on the side of my house. The only thing he didn't do was to tighten my bathroom sink water knob; he said it was calcified and by trying to tighten it, it could easily break.

I was really happy with his work, and bought two new faucets for my master bathroom. I called again and he came out and replaced them with the new ones. He was right the first time - the old faucet broke when he tried to remove it.

I'm really happy with the outcome and would recommend AZ Best without question.

UPDATE: I've used them subsequently and Shaq came out this time. Serviced the water heater and put in an auto-shutoff so I can rest easy when away from home that the water heater won't flood the house in case it leaks. Again, really happy with AZ Best Pipe Doctor Plumbing and will be using them again.

2nd UPDATE: Got our shower controller replaced with a new diverter. Works great! Also got a new water softener. Super happy with AZ Best Pipe Doctor!

I had a reverse osmosis unit put in my office. Everything was good with that but I noticed over the weekend that one of the storage tanks was leaking. I called them and they came out the next day and replaced it with a new one. I have had no problems since the replacement was put in.

I've been using AZ Best Pipe Doctor for years. Very reliable friendly and always on time. I've had a hot water heater, water softener, bath tub and sink replaced by them in the past. They have also repaired a water main leak in my front yard. Recently, Rob came to replace my water softener filter and was very good about answering my questions on routine maintenance. I highly recommend them and in fact my neighbor is having a hot water heater and water softener put in from AZ Best Pipe Dr. after seeing what they installed at my house and on my recommendation.

We used the Pipe Doctor to repair the exhaust pipe on the roof for our tankless hot water heater. The repair man arrived as scheduled and repairs were done in a timely manner. He was very knowledgeable and explained what he was doing so that we understood it all perfectly. We would definitely use them again and would recommend them to our friends and family.

Called AZ's Best Pipe Doctor in the morning and had an appointment with Chris in the afternoon. Once I scheduled my appointment I received both a text and an email confirmation which I appreciated. It took him only a few minutes to recognize the problem and offer a strategy to get it fixed. I would recommend him to others.

My issue was that the person who installed my shower (a flipper before I purchased) didn't do it correctly and it leaked into the surrounding walls.

I did business with AZ Pipe Dr because when I bought my house in 3/2022 the previous homeowners used them so I thought there was value in using the same company.

I'm done using this company and it's because of one of the owners, Chris Russell. The guy is a salesman who tries to price gauge his customers. If you get Chris, shop the market because he's going to try to and charge you way over market or he will say something is broken and try and upsell you. Shop and compare this company, they are overpriced and Chris is unethical.

I think the comment below from Wendy addresses one issue, which another company was able to service it. However, it doesn't address the concern about other projects Chris has quoted. Or the time he came to my house and said he didn't have insurance to install a glass shower door, which makes no sense. Wendy is Chris's family so she will be loyal to him but PLEASE shop this company, don't get ripped off!
