Highly recommend Robinson Plumbing! After talking to two other plumbers who told us the shower would likely need to be completely replaced, Troy offered another solution that fixed our shower and got it in good, working order. I’m so glad we called them :)

Troy and his brother Joe have got to be the nicest people and very professional. We needed a plumber in Buckeye, which is a fairly long drive, and couldn’t get anyone local to call us back. I emailed Troy and he responded the next morning and asked me to call him. He set up a time the next day and arrived early. He took care of the issue, which was an issue with old cast iron pipe, and never complained about how bad it was. He just worked through the problems and fixed them. I’ll definitely use him again if I have any plumbing issues.

Robinson plumbing came out to the house and took a look at a problem we had with the grinder pump. I paid him for the show up visit and they said it would be a week or two before the part came in. They never showed up for two weeks. Called him and now I went from one to two weeks to eight weeks. I wouldn’t recommend these guys to anybody.

Robinson Plumbing was a breath of fresh air. They fixed our sewer line which had failed and sewage came through our kitchen sink. Troy came over, assessed the situation, and walked us through our options. After arriving at the need to do a total line replacement, he offered a price that was half the cost of the nearest competitor. At each step he offered an honest and calm assessment of the situation. Another great job by Robinson Plumbing. They have done a few jobs for me very well so I had no hesitation to call them. They were able to get to me in a few hours with the brand and size water heater I needed. The install was fast and neat. Troy discovered badly bent copper supply pipes and replaced them, he then let us know our NEW electric panel had 2 switches mismarked. He fixes what I need and improves other things to make this new water heater safe and efficient. He is always my first and only call.

I was doing a bathroom remodel with all new fixtures in completely different locations. Troy and his crew at Robinson Plumbing assessed my layout, plumbed it out and made great recommendations along the way. I ended up relining my cast iron pipes because they found cracks. Had I not done the remodel, these cracks would have just gotten worse and worse! I thank Troy for his can-do attitude and his willingness to work with me through this remodel. I'll definitely have them out again and I highly recommend giving them a call!

Alan came out to help with faucet installs and drain cleanings. He was easy to communicate with prior to arrival (quoting/providing availability), gave me a heads up when he was 30 minutes out, did not ring the doorbell when he arrived, and texted instead (we appreciate this because we have a lunatic dog), took his shoes off prior to entering our home, and he did an excellent job with the installs and drain cleanings, for a fair price. I had a sudden emergency at my place when the hot water pipe was drilled into. I called Springs Plumbing and they were at my place in 15 minutes and fixed it right away. I will absolutely use them in the future.
