I had a 10-2 window, Jeff came after 2:30. I texted with someone who said he was delayed. Jeff was great and I had another issue so requested my warranty send them back, I texted please let me know if I am near the end of the 2pm window & don't miss it again, at 12:16 I asked where I was in the window & was told I assume the end, what happened to that heads up?

At 2:43 I asked for an eta, NO RESPONSE.

You screwed me once, I gave you another chance & you literally blew me off. This is the first of several negative reviews online & to anyone I can get to listen.

I was really pleased with the service I received today when Michael came out to replace my garbage disposal he confirmed what we knew was wrong of course everybody would know that but he did a really good job he cleaned up after himself and took all his garbage with him and I don't know I just didn't outstanding job. Michelle was very very professional she helped me get scheduled for the appointment and offered to let me know if there was a cancellation so I could get a sooner appointment. That really wasn't necessary but she was awesome to work with as well so I'm very pleased with your company and I will use you again in the future thank you

This company was great for replacing our water heater. The scheduling department got us on the books before our parts even arrived to ensure we didn’t have to go without hot water even longer. Michael came out and did the evaluation of the old one and explained all the reasons it needed replaced. He went over everything that would be replaced and the items that needed installed. They were very transparent with pricing and the final cost was exactly what they quoted during the diagnoses. When doing the installation Michael was efficient and explained each step of what he was doing. He was clean and did not leave a mess behind. He also offered us extras but was not pushy or insistent with the additions. Overall I was very happy with their service on the removal of our old tank and installation of the new one.

This company did a decent job fixing things. We had to call them a couple times for this property. Maclay Real Estate did not leave this real estate property in tip top condition. Plumbing co. Fairly punctual. They did the job.

My home warranty comp scheduled this appt. late the night before. I called first thing in the morning to explain the issue and they were able to get me worked in quickly. The lady I spoke with was extremely helpful and Kind. The gentleman that came was friendly. professional and they both actually seemed to genuinely care. Unfortunately I had been up all night emptying buckets and I apologize I don't remember their names. If this is the quality of people Call Us Plumbing employ I will definitely request them again

I received great service from Call Us Plumbing. Today I discovered that my hot water heater was leaking and I filed a claim with my home warranty, One Guard. I heard from Call Us very quickly and the person in the office said that that the owner, Josh, would come out as soon as possible. Within a couple of hours he came by and determined that the water heater needed to be replaced. He was very friendly and helpful. I had some questions about tankless water heaters and he was very knowledgeable on that topic too. He promptly submitted his report to One Guard, and they approved my claim later the same day.

Very friendly staff! Both the receptionist and service rep were super nice and helpful. The work I had done was covered through my home warranty but I asked about another item that needs attention and their rates are much more affordable compared to other quotes. I have another plumbing company that I've used several times in the past, and been happy with, but will likely make the switch going forward based on my experience. Highly recommend!

My technician Billy was on time and very professional. He came in and got the job done in a timely manner. I would recommend Call Us Plumbing to family and friends.

We were assigned this company through a home warranty claim. Horrible service. Simple shower valve that needed replacement. Every window of arrival that I was given on appointment days to diagnose and then repair never even came close. Two to four hours after and there is no courtesy call given for a heads up. Sorry….there is way too much competition out there for complete disregard of my time which is valuable too. Shower valve was installed wrong and we couldn’t get hot water after. Couldn’t fit us in to their schedule to fix the mistake for four days.

Josh and his team were awesome. My hot water heater was leaking they where able to come out same day and replace my water heater the technician was explaining to me step by step what he was doing and why so I would understand better being in a lady overall my experience with call us plumbing was great and they gained a life long customer

Andrew was great. He came out as a second opinion from our home warranty co. AHS. The previous co had turned our simple fix into a bit of a mess unnecessarily. Andrew was able to get our problem covered under the warranty company and in working order and was very friendly and professional as well which is important when letting someone into your home. I'd definitely use them again.

Definitely one of the most experienced and professional companies I've had the pleasure to use. The attending technician Chase went the extra mile to ensure the job was completed same day. Will definitely use again.

Jeff our technician was great. Knowledgeable and professional. We waited for a water heater to come in and they called to set up appointment. It was done in one day. Michele the office manager was very helpful throughout. Would recommend them highly.

Our home warranty company sent Call-Us Plumbing out for a repair. Communication was great, the plumber they sent was prompt, knowledgable, and very polite. He fixed the issue quickly and competently.

I do not recommend this company at all!

My experience with this company has been a nightmare. I have had my home warranty for about 10 years and I have never had a bad experience with the company or technician until they sent Call Us Plumbing to my house.

Last Tuesday they sent technician Chase out to fix a leak in my shower. He fixed the leak but said he would need to come back on Thursday to put the screw in the handle.

Thursday morning passes by don't hear anything. I reach out to the company they said they will have Chase reach out to me. He never call or shows up.

Friday I reach out to the company asking please can someone come finish the job and put a screw back in the handle of the shower so it doesn't keep fall off. They said they would have Chase call me ASAP. I hear nothing until late Friday. Chase calls and says sorry I got stuck at a job these last two days. I will come Monday and finish the job.

Well it's Monday at 8 pm and no Chase and no fix. So disappointed that a company would do this. I told my husband to go see if he could figure out what screw it would need. Husband looks and says the screw is there it's just jammed in there and stripped the technician must have stripped it and it's stuck. So why couldn't technician Chase just say that and offer to put a new handle on the shower and fix it? Totally unprofessional.

Please don't be like me and use this company. Now I am having to find a new shower handle and pay for it myself even though I paid this company to fix the problem but they gave me more problems as they have ghosted me and did not finishing the job.

DO NOT USE! See the pictures I’ve attached- let that be your guide before you use them. This company is also not established with the Better Business Bureau (BBB).

This company is awful.
I had to use them because this is who my Home Warranty used.

My Water Heater went bad and started leaking. Call Us Plumbing came out to inspect and said they would be back for the repair. Meanwhile, the water heater continued to leak for 12 days. I called repeatedly (30+ times) and they would not answer nor call me back. They finally called to schedule the replacement but it was too late as the water heater burst and did damage to my floors. They finally offered to come out and gave me a 4 hour window. No one showed up. The technician called me an hour after to alert me that he would not be showing up. He came the following day and then brought a water heater that did not fit properly and was too big. He even cut holes into my kitchen cabinets to make it fit. The cabinet door will not close now because it’s so large!

He also did not finish the job as the water heater temperature was never turned up so we have no hot water in our home.

When I tried to rectify this with the owner he demanded payment and threatened fines for late fees.

I highly recommend Troy and Joe they are reliable and service is amazing,!!
