Lopez & Mark were very helpful with the plumbing in my apartment! Lopez explained every step to me and they cleaned up after! They went above and beyond into making sure everything was fixed and took their time. Would very much recommend using this company!!

Yesterday W Lopez removed and installed a water heater in my apartment. W was prompt, professional, personable and proficient in the process. This was a very tough job. After days of not having hot water it is so good to have it again. Mr. Lopez did an excellent job and I highly recommend this company for all of your plumbing jobs!

This is the company my apartment complex is going to be shopping to replace. They have let us go thru 6 shut offs for repair since May 30. Every time it’s a two hour fix. Two hours, two hours. I get that it can’t get fixed without being off. However, no continuity testing? Just bandaids? I called to find out why? Like it seems like it’s a managerial issue and communication, it seems. They wanna send out a tech. I told them their team was here being ineffective already, moving w no purpose at all. They need help. A tech was supposed to call. It’s been an hour. No call. It’s still 90 degrees in my apartment. Probably call a better company.

Call Alliance Plumbing early morning due to our cooling tower going down. They sent two guys to repair a motor that had burned out Daniel Salcido and Chris Bocanegra. Motor was 12 feet in the air. The guys did an amazing job communicated very well and informed us that they would need a little crane to remove and hoist the new motor up so they left to get the tools they need came right back and got the old motor removed and new one installed with no problem. They were efficient and professional, they insured everything worked properly cleaned their area great guys I highly recommend they did an amazing job. Definitely recommend Alliance Plumbing for any plumbing work, boilers or cooling towers/chillers.

The dental office I work in has had major plumbing issues because of a problem with the city of Chandler water lines. They came out assessed flush the debris from the ch lines. Their crew stayed for hours well beyond what they were planning to get us up and running for the next day they’re here again today with a huge crew. They are hard-working guys(foreman supervisor, and helpers) and they’re just working away diligently to change faucets and Instahots and toilets. Just doing everything they can to get our office back up and running. I’ve been impressed with their crew, all of them have been polite and professional. They’ve cleaned up after themselves. They’re working hard to make good progress and be on time. They ordered parts and showed up on time and just overall it Experience for the office and we’re grateful that they’ve been able to come out and get us up and running. Mike, Doug, Ty, Gary (Mr. Headlamp)…and the helpers too. Thank you!

Mr. Shuell arrived on time and was very professional. He quickly detected the leak and used his expertise to fix it! We also had an issue with the garbage disposal. He replaced it and was on his way. Can’t say thank you enough. Great service! Highly recommend.

Gentlemen came on time and found the issue real quick and repaired it in a timely fashion.

Edit: found an additional issue with the garbage disposal a day later. The plumber came back the same day we called for the revisit found and fixed the secondary issue immediately and did not charge for the extra visit. Would 100 % call them again

Jeff was the rare, consummate professional of the highest degree, competent, skillful, and qualified, a truly seasoned expert in this field. The man is also very personable, and exhibited a rare ability to communicate on any level, particularly when sharing the complexities of the job at hand. He explained to my wife and I in the simplest of terms, the problem at hand, exactly what to expect and what was about to transpire regarding correction of our significant plumbing irregularities. In so doing, he put us at ease, and felt comforted by the fact that we were finally in the hands of a capable, confident professional. In addition, we were referred to several local prior similar jobs involving his expertise, all completed with satisfactory outcomes. Further detailing the causes, intimating the situation was not new, fairly common, and that this dragon had been slayed numerous times, inferring a swift and complete resolution. Taking copious mental notes (having little to no skills myself), talking as the work progressed, it became apparent Jeff possessed a great deal of experience, and much more knowledge than he let on initially. OK, I'm impressed and a believer now, the man has talent. Also, a refined sense of humor was well received in our chat during the operation, the providing of comedic relief in his portrayal of current events had me in stitches throughout what would normally be considered a dull, silent, tedious process to reconfigure our current plumbing dilema.

What we had originally anticipated prior to this repair appointment, based primarily on past experiences with other "reputable" firms, was the assumption of yet another unpleasant, unsatisfied plumbing nightmare, having no immediate resolution to the problem at hand, followed by a promise of a future appointment, to be made at some point in the distant future, upon acquisition of the necessary parts, with expected delays due to the rare, aged equipment found in our 20 yr old home. However, this experience ended up being exactly the opposite, much to our pleasure.

Jeff, our technician, actually provided an educational, very fun, and overall pleasurable event. He even brought anticipated parts and replacement equipment along with him, imagine that!

Speaking as a business owner, these are rare traits to find in today's business environment. I will definitely be enlisting the services of Call-Us Plumbing for any future endeavors. Billy was nice, he replaced an upper element in our 2001 water heater, hope this works! The part was covered under our home warranty! Billy came out 2 days later replaced lower element & both thermostats he actually broke something in the water heater now We have NO HOT WATER, he left knowing we have no hot water & it’s Friday. I left 3 messages for the owner or manager to call me it’s the weekend & this is not o.k. Someone needs to call us NOW please! Update coming soon it’s Monday hubby & I not feeling good after cold showers all weekend! Working on solutions here! Gave a 1 star giving a 3 star hopefully able to give a 5 star! Update: Jeff came out today Tuesday 3-21-23 & installed our brand new water heater. Thank you Jeff!
I give a four star because everybody was great & caring thank you to the office girls, Michelle & Kate, you made this transaction happen! Yay we have hot water, I’m disappointed that we still had to pay $475.00 over & above the warranty plan, there was no negotiating the price for inconvenience no hot water for a whole weekend, but we got it done for a price $$$$

I had a few issues with plumbing in the guest bathroom. Specifically a toilet valve that stopped working, and a leaky sink. Andrew was very quick to find and fix our issues. While being friendly and professional. I would definitely use them again.

This company has amazing and friendly customer service. Andrew came out to look at my running toilet and clogged sink and checked out my garbage disposal for me while he was here and gave me tips for home plumbing maintenance. The woman that called me to set everything up was awesome as well. I just remember her last name starts with an H. Great company.

Repairman Chris came on time and was thorough in his repair of our leaky pipe. Cleaned everything up afterwards. He provided great service as did the whole company. Would recommend them to all and will request them again thru our home warranty company!

Our tenant reported water leaking from the third floor master bathroom. Took about 25 hours to get it taken care of, (start of issue to 100% done), but glad they squeezed us in their already booked schedule.
Billy came over and fixed everything good to go. He was nice and a true plumbing precessional. If he was on the job, we would def use them again.

Mike is a awesome guy. Call us was very timely on calling and scheduling the service. Had to wait on the home warranty to get their ducks in a row, not with these guys. Very punctual and timely. Will highly recommend them for any plumbing need.

Bill was my plumber and was really nice, respectful and knowledgeable. He found and fixed 5 issues with my toilet (4 more than I thought I had), quickly and efficiently. 10/10 would definitely recommend.
