Second company sent by our home warranty to fix a clogged shower drain. (First people said it was too deep and they couldn’t help us). Warranty company said they would send out Eversons plumbing on Monday night- they called the next morning to schedule. (FYI it appears their voicemail isn’t set up- if you get that message just call again until you get through). They scheduled us for the same day! Window was 12-4 and Usiel showed up at 4:10. He was very friendly and professional. He cleared the clog quickly and ran the shower for a bit to ensure the clog was fully cleared. Usiel was great- so thorough, promising to complete the job and do it right and he definitely delivered!

My water heater should have been completely covered by my home warranty but after paying eversons 75 dollar for a service call and the some ridiculous “ modification “ sham the plumber tells the warranty people, I basically paid for everything . Let me take a minute to explain what a modification is. This is when the plumber hooks back up your new water heater and claims he had to do some modification which is anything that is remotely different from your old water heater. In my case the relief valve was on the side of the new unit, my old one was on top. The plumber re used my copper pipe with two new 1/2 copper elbows to re -hook this up. This was the modification that eversons plumbing charged me an additional 300 dollars for. The copper elbows maybe cost 10 dollars and took him five minutes to sweat weld in. Be aware of this so called “ modification “sham commonly used by contractors to manipulate the warranty company who in turn require you to pay them. I’m an old school a/c guy and this sort of practice would never fly in my day.

Unprofessional! Company called me DURING MY 4 HOUR APPOINTMENT WINDOW on Friday to tell me their plumber that works in my area started a big job Thursday and needed to stay on that job. They could come on Wednesday. I informed them I’m out of state the following week and had waited a couple days already and that my job was straightforward to replace several angle stops and some valves. They didn’t care I was already waiting for them at the location after rearranging my schedule. If they knew plumber was on a job he couldn’t finish Thursday, why wait until Friday during my appointment time to cancel on me!!!! Unprofessional, irresponsible, and unacceptable!

Sent out by our home warranty company. He said he would be here between 2:30pm-6pm. Showed up at 3:30pm and accessed our leaking water heater and it had to be replaced. He went and got a new water heater and was back in 30 minutes. Removed the old one and installed the new one. He even rerouted some piping because of the different hook up on the new one. He was polite and professional, gave us some great tips on extending the life of the new hot water heater and was gone by 6:30pm.

This company scams customers. They are contracted with my home warranty company, when my water heater failed and leaked, Eversons Plumbing was assigned to repair it. Long story short is the water heater and installation is included in my warranty at no additional cost but any "modifications" are not. Eversons said they had to perform "modifications", when I asked for details, they said they will need to attach the gas line, exhaust, water lines and the high pressure valve. THIS IS THE INSTALLATION! These parts that need attached are the same parts that are removed from old heater. The only conclusion I can come to is they do not get paid very much from the home warranty company, so they add this "modification" fee to make more. SCAM!!

I would not recommend this plumbing company. My warranty company assigned my water issue to them. They they determined I needed new water heater. After 6 months we stopped getting hot water. I called the manufacture and they that I was covered for parts through the manufacture and labor through this plumbing company. I called the plumbing and they said that labor is only covered for 30 days. REALLY, brand new water and I have a 30 day labor warranty. The tech or owner was not willing to come out and fix it. He said I would have to go through the Warranty and get charged 75 bucks. Also, I called the plumber 2 times and he never returned my calls until I called him for the 3rd time. Horrible experience.

Stay far away. The first plumber came out and said it was my sprinklers and that wasn’t his job. So I turned off the sprinklers. Hour later same leak coming down the wall. 2nd set of plumbers came out said the leak was under the house and the house wasn’t built to code. Said for $2500 they can install a new pipe and dig up my yard. Had a local 2nd opinion came out. He let me know everything was to code. Said they don’t need to dig up my front yard. Showed me the pipe that was leaking and offered to do the job for thousands less. Stay far away from this place. Inexperienced criminals.

I called my home warranty company about a leaking water heater and they first assigned another company that is not Eversons Plumbing, they took forever to call back. When they did they scheduled me for the next day around noon to "check it out". Meanwhile, I looked at the reviews for the other company and they were abysmal. I called my warranty company and requested another service provider and they sent out Eversions Plumbing. They called right away, asked for photos of the issue and label information about the water heater. When they showed up early in the morning the next day, as scheduled, they diagnosed quickly, told me the issue and described what they were going to replace.

Ten minutes later, my water heater was removed and came prepared with a replacement water heater to put in. In less than two hours they replaced my water heater and I had hot water. They got the job done before the first company would come to "check it out".

We’ve used Eversons twice and they are incredible at what they do. Once we needed their gas specialist, and he was great! The second time we had them replace our water heater and they were fantastic. Always pleasant on the phone, clear communication, and they call you 30 minutes out. Always on time. Very professional when they do the work. Highly recommend!

These guys have been helping me plumbing issues since mid May. The diagnosed a slab leak and gave me great advice. They gave me an option to reroute instead of tearing up my floors. I have had them back several times. We are converting a bath into a shower. They came and did all the work in one day. They even did a great job patching the bathroom after placing the new pipes for the shower.
I'm very happy with the service they have given us. I highly recommend them.

Four days ago, my water heater started leaking. I contacted my home warranty provider, Fidelity National, and paid the $95 service fee. They sent out EVERSON Plumbing, and it turned out to be a horrible experience. The owner arrived with an attitude and, right off the bat, said, "This is going to cost you regardless." After making a few calls, he confirmed that nothing was covered by the warranty.

Frustrated, I called Home Depot, and they connected me with Parker & Sons. The first person I spoke with was professional and sympathetic to my situation. He listened carefully and immediately asked if EVERSON Plumbing had checked the water pressure. When I said no, he checked it himself and found it was 100 PSI — much too high. He explained everything clearly, and I decided to move forward with them. Everson's price kept changing as we continued to talk- No sympathy, non caring or professional!

I had a disappointing experience with this plumbing company. They came to inspect an issue with my tub, quickly determined that everything was improperly installed, and told me it wouldn't be covered by my insurance. Then, they offered to fix it for $200 out of pocket.

After calling Fidelity for clarification, I was informed that this was a mistake and that the repair would, in fact, be covered. The following day, Fidelity told me the uncovered amount was now over $200, and on top of that, the company was also charging a separate amount to the home warranty. This was confusing since the contractor had shown me the part causing the issue — a Delta cartridge (RP19804) that costs under $40 — and claimed they could fix it right away for $200.

When I confronted the contractor about this, they stood by their story, insisting everything needed to be replaced. I’m not against a full replacement if truly necessary, but the inconsistency and lack of transparency were frustrating. I won’t even mention the $95 I already paid to Fidelity for this service, which now feels like a waste.

I initially gave them the benefit of the doubt, believing that the poor reviews might be due to misunderstandings. Unfortunately, my experience proved otherwise. The lack of professionalism and honesty has been extremely disappointing. I would not recommend this company.

Everson Plumbing was sent out by the home warranty company my property management uses, and they were by far the fastest and most professional vendor I’ve dealt with in the five years I’ve lived at this rental. I left shortly before they arrived, and by the time I returned about three hours later, the water heater replacement was already complete! I can’t speak to the cost since the homeowner covered it, but I can speak to the professionalism, efficiency, and urgency they brought to the job. I understand they also do HVAC work, and I’ll definitely be requesting Everson Plumbing for any future plumbing or HVAC needs. Highly recommended!

This Plumbing company replaced my daughter’s water heater, and they did an excellent job! They were incredibly quick. Which was such a relief. She was really stressed about the situation, but they came in, handled everything smoothly, and got it fixed in no time. Thank you so much for your great work Eversons Plumbing!

Everson's plumbing came out to replace our master bathroom faucet that was leaking, as well as our kitchen faucet. They did an excellent (and quick!) job on both repairs, and they are very courteous, efficient workers. They communicated well with me, they were on time, and they made sure I was satisfied with the repair. Highly recommended!!

I had a sewer line blockage yesterday. I knew that the blockage is away from the house and closer to the sidewalk because I had a plumber come by a few months ago which had told me that the blockage is far from the house and closer to the sidewalk. So I called the City and they came today, dug down and replaced 2 ft of clogged pipe (likely roots). City will not clear lines beyond the sidewalk area into the private property lines. So there must be a small area into my property that the blockage still exists that needs to be cleared. Eversons Plumbing Tech came by to clear that small remaining portion of the blockage, but he refused to do anything at all and simply reported to my Fidelity Home Warranty that the City work is what caused the blockage and just left the site! which is totally wrong as the City removed a blocked portion and replaced with clean brand new pipe! And Fidelity is refusing to do anything now based on that wrong and Lazy assessment.

Our home warranty company chose Everson's Plumbing for us. Our old water heater leaked, and they were able to come out quickly and fix the problem. To my inexperienced eye they did a good job in replacing the water heater, and it seems to work fine so far. That was the good news.

However, some of our experience wasn't the best, in my opinion. I would give 3.5 stars if I could.

We were charged for very simple 'modifications' to the hookups / layout, even though the drain pipe was in the same rough place on the side of the water heater as it was before.

When running water through the line in our upstairs tub spigot, as instructed after the service, it got totally blocked somehow; probably by crud in the line. To their credit, they came back out after I called, and only charged for new parts (did not charge for labor) to fix the issue. I'm surprised it needed new parts vs. cleaning. However, now the shower handle is not watertight, while bit was before (and it's also very hard to turn on and off, with 'new' parts). I also discovered a rubber o-ring on the floor, that was not there before, near the shower they worked on. When I asked them about this lack of being watertight, they told me to simply caulk/fix it myself. They also said the o-ring was for a K-sink (kitchen?) Faucet. Which maybe it is, and either way they left it in our bathroom after working on it.

Ever Montoya was a very good service tech. He came out removed and installed a brand new water heater. He was very knowledgeable and willing to explain and answer all my questions.

Used fidelity home warranty and they send me eversons. They installed the wrong fan in my central air system and my APS bill shot up to $1500 because of the change. Spoke to them and fidelity about the issue and none of them wanted to own the responsibility for the issue. Don’t ever use these guys or fidelity home warranty. Do yourself a favor and learn from all of our experiences leaving a review. Go with people who know what they are doing and have way more years of experience.

Took them 10 hours to show up, and 2 hours to fix an issue are my apt complex... Meanwhile I was continuously vacuuming waste water that was backing up into my tub and on the floor coming from under the toilet. 12 hours of vacuuming and dumping other people's waste water for 12 hours... No one cared one bit.

I had the absolute pleasure of shaking with Keely on the phone today. She went above and beyond and made sure all my questions were answered before our call ended. Hands down the best service and customer satisfaction delivered!!
