Vitaliy and his partner came in to fix a leak under my kitchen sink. Im always wary of plumbers as my family as been screwed over to many times BUT ViTech Mechanical and Vitaliy was the real deal! Very kind, understanding and very professional in both work and dealing with. I HIGHLY, HIGHLY recommend Vitaliy and team for any of your plumbing needs. He came in, assessed the issues, dealt with the warranty people and got us back to using our sink and dishwasher in under an hour. My family will now only be using ViTech Mechanical. Vitaliy was awesome. Really knows his stuff, and you can tell he wants to actually fix the problem (unlike some plumbers who either give you the run-around, try to cut corners, or seem to waste time in order to run up the bill). Good, honest, hardworking, knowledgeable, etc., etc. tradesmen are not easy to come across. I will be using VITech Mechanical for any future plumbing needs that come up. Highly recommend!

Our kitchen faucet with touch sensor constantly ran water, Vitaliy came over, determine the problem and helped us to get the company send a warranty parts. When the parts arrived, following day he came and installed it! I was so impressed with his attention to details that I’ve hired him on to install my water softener and whole house filter. I would definitely recommend him to others.

I've had VITech do a number of plumbing jobs, big and small. I have only positive recommendations. Just had them replace the shower faucet, valve and trim. It broke and needed replacing. The bathroom is old and not a five star bathroom but Ed did an amazing five star job. Fantastic work and attention to detail. Lesser plumbers would have risen only to the level of the room.

I filed a claim with my home warranty for our leaky kitchen faucet and we were assigned VItech to service it. Both of the technicians we had were wonderful. Vitaliy and Igor made multiple trips to help us solve the issue and came back late Friday afternoon to install a new faucet for us so we didn’t have to go through the weekend. Would highly recommend!

Vitaliy has been out to my house to fix a leaking shower and to also unclog a main sewer line. He was very responsive both times and willing to work around my schedule. Outstanding expert service!
Our neighbor had one of their PEX water supply lines burst in their wall and attic causing a huge mess. The burst line was due to an installation error, and since all the houses in our neighborhood were constructed by the same contractor, we were worried about the status of Our waterlines. We had VITech come in to do a thorough inspect of all the PEX lines in our attic. VITech assured us that none of our PEX lines had been crimped, that we didn't need any new valves or joints to ensure we didn't have a water explosion in our attic. VITech could have sold us unnecessary services, but they didn't. They listened to our concerns, they educated us where we were uneducated, they gave us options, but mostly they reassured us. And then they wouldn't accept payment for the 30 minutes crawling around in the attic or the road trip. These guys are qualified in all types of water heaters and water treatment systems, fixtures, gas lines, and more. If I ever need serious help, they'll be who I call.

I can't say enough good things about this company! I know that I can always count on Vitaliy for a quick response, high quality work and a very reasonable price! I highly recommend this company and will only use them for plumbing work. All other trades that they have recommended have been high quality as well. He has done at least 4 different jobs for us and we were very satisfied with all of them. They were referred to us from a friend who was very pleased with their work as well.

The Best of the Best!

Vitaliy is hands down the best plumber I’ve ever used. He went above and beyond on every part of the job—installing new sink and shower fixtures, replacing sink stops, swapping out my reverse osmosis filter, familiarizing me with my water softener, and even adjusting the water temperature until it was just right. He was professional, efficient, and clearly takes pride in his work. He listened and addressed all of my concerns in detail. Everything looks and works perfectly now! I highly recommend Vitaliy if you want the job done right the first time!

Vitaliy is absolutely incredible. We got a water softener, and a reverse osmosis system installed, both of which were not pre-wired. In addition to being friendly and professional, he was very transparent about the work he would be doing and clearly wanted what was best for us. He put in a lot of work to give us working systems and routed the piping out of the way so it wouldn't interfere with anything. I honestly can't say enough to convey how happy I am with his services.
