Their employees used profanity, threw large objects from upstairs down onto my porch - luckily not hitting me, as well as left sharp screws & dust left over from AC job for my upstairs neighbor down onto my front porch for me to clean up. Horribly unprofessional employees.

They have come to fix my a/c leak at the Biltmore@camelback 3 times and it’s leaking worse then ever! They keep saying they are waiting on a drip pan well soon they will be fixing an entire bathroom and possibly a ceiling!! Rusty water everywhere and I have my own 4 big pots in there trying to keep up collecting it m, changing it every hour. This has gone on over a month now fun stuff! (Sarcasm intended)

Huge kudos to Aldo!l Alliance Plumbing and Air. So welcoming to have a knowledgeable tech. Polite! He had evey item (tool, rag, bucket) he needed to perform excellent maintenance. Provided protection to the carpet as he worked and cleaned up afterwards. The world needs more people like Aldo.

W. Lopez is the only one who actually took his time to fix my toilet issues, he didn't rush in or rush out he allowed me to explain my issues and he took his time ! Thank you Sooo much

The best place to get all your plumbing needs, let's not forget HVAC. They are professionals, so sweet even funny not uptight. The owners are amazing an take pride in the company an the employees. I know they use top of the line products which last longer. We have a lot of vendors who come in and out of our property but Austin H. was very polite, respectful and dressed professionally . That what we like to see and work with. Austin has been at my house all day trying to fix my a.c. He finally got it going after dealing with some difficult pieces and 2 bad blowers. He would not give up until he got it going. He's so polite and he even swept and mopped after he was done. If I ever need help with my plumbing or my a.c. I pray that he's the tech that they send. Thank you Austin and alliance plumbing for being so quick and efficient in this ridiculous heat.

Do not use them! This company is hired through my apartment complex! We continued to have drainage issues on a weekly basis and the techs blamed the complex for not wanting to do what they requested needed to be done. We have a really good Manager and that was not the case at all. This company makes a huge mess when they “try” to fix something and doesn’t clean up anything. When they do come outback on the weekend there window of arrival is 8-5pm. They make everything more difficult than it needs to be!!!

I had an emergency call at my property tonight. Alliance Plumbing came to the rescue! Jason, the professional that came out to take care of our resident, demonstrated excellent customer service. Thank you Jason!

The apartment complex that I currently reside in recently used Alliance Plumbing to resolve an issue w/ my toilet. Shan came to assist with the plumbing issue and I have never seen anyone do what he did to resolve the problem, he went out of his way and took his time and knew exactly what he needed to do. Other plumbing companies have tried to resolve this problem over the course of 3 months or so and have not been able to succeed. I am more than satisfied with this business and especially the worker, Shan for having patience and taking the hours he spent in my apartment to thoroughly assess and complete the task. Even if this matter happens again, I am very appreciative at Shan's work ethic. Also, I loved that he cleaned up after himself as well, my bathroom was left clean with all my belongings back in place. Thank You!

Our family had the pleasure of getting a new AC unit this past week. Our apartment complex Montero at Dana Park contracted with Alliance and let me tell you...we met a gentleman named Able Chacon and he was courteous, professional, knowledgeable, patient, took all clean protocols...I mean this guy was on point. From the moment they arrived on scene, to taking everything apart, his coworker Damien securing the crane...then finally putting everything together, running the new system for testing. It was great to see how efficient and well thought out Able Chacon handled this job!! Thank you Ryan for allowing me to give credit where credit is due!! Great job Alliance!! 👍👍👍👍👍😁

Your company has been working on an account unit at a comlpex on 51st Ave called, Tides on 51st. Every weekend they are buying a new part for the ac unit, leaving residents hot in their apartment at 90-100 degrees. Right now my place is 91 degrees. Called the office they said they cannot give a status on when our ac unit will be fixed. Call your maintenance man, she said, and hung up.

Terrible service and they hire employees from home Depot parking lots. They have no skilled workers in the industry. Guy came in and took off with my garbage disposal ruined my shower and left.

My apartment complex uses this company for their annual maintenance. They need to stop. One the broke a water line in my unit, didn't tell anyone, no call was made to me, it took the calling maintenance to find the water shut off valve . There was an inch of rusted standing water in my apartment. The caused over a thousand dollars of damage to my personal belongings. They left my home unlocked, the put wet shoes on the front lawn like I was coming home to a bad break up video which resulted in some of my stuff being taken. They haven't even tried to come back tand fix the back and fix the unit. This was March 1st, 2023. I still have no ac and no heat. When I asked them what had happened, they lied to my face and told me it was the ac compressor. But our complex is on a chiller system so they have control of when the ac and heat are switch and they had not yet switched the ac on. Not to mention they left the mess for me to clean up. They left their drinks in my apartment like I'm their momma cleaning up after them. A couple days later they attempted to make it right but really it was a slap in my face with a 200.00 gift card and a note apologizing for the incident that happened while they were there. I filed a complaint with the company, nothin, apartment complex nothing. Do not hire these people for anything no true accountability and no true professionalism.

Walked into their amazing building not knowing what to expect. I was met with hospitality, professionalism and a smile by Ashley. She answered all of my questions- even though she probably had a million things going on. Would give 10 stars if I could!

I was recently driving home from work at about 1:00am and the driver of a company van sped up to maybe 90mph and cut off several drivers, including me, as he/she wanted to merge onto the 60W from the 101S. Drove on the shoulder kicking up rocks and nearly took out the street sign, not to mention nearly causing a bad accident as we all swerved to avoid being hit. Total lunatic.
