This is a terrible company to use. Emergency leak we had a work order end of Friday they refuse to take the work order even if they did get it before end of day Friday they had another two hours and he said that they wouldn’t be able to come till Monday. Wouldn’t ever use these nor recommend them.

They were kind to our family upon arrival, and have been able to schedule us within reasonable timing each time we have used their service. They have always shown effort and skill as well.

This is only the first day since the water heater was installed and so far its great .They installed a nice product and it was threw my warranty company.They showed up right away and was friendly and honest .Im very happy so far with the product and service .

Contacted them through our Fidelity Home Warranty Service. They came and replaced our toilet the same day they were called. Excellent service.

Their crew arrived on time, they were very efficient, professional.

By far the most responsive and reasonable plumbers I have ever worked with. My home warranty is a nightmare, but Everson’s Plumbing is not.

This plumbing company sent a plumber out who denied there was a problem with our pipes after five minutes during which he did not even look at our problem. The problem became worse, and then they did not come out to fix it. They left me at home, pregnant, without running water. They also hung up on me. Worst company ever.

If I could give this company a zero star I would. The service tech lied outright to the warranty company and to myself he stated that my warranty would not pay for labor that I need to pay him directly for labor. He stated that the warranty only covered the water heater. The warranty company called me to let me know that the water heater was installed incorrectly and for that reason it was not covered. Do not use this company. They are horrible.

An absolute nightmare. The technician was late, then with every issue he had an excuse as to why it “might” be happening. Never did he say what he could do, but rather what he could not do. He didn’t even try to sell me more service to find the problem. He just said there didn’t seem to be one. 30 minutes after he leaves the same problem is happening. What do they say? “We can come back next week if you want.”

If your home warranty company says they are dispatching this company…….there goes your service fee. You better just call a different company on your own dime like I did.

Everson was dispatched by the home warranty company for a priority call. I had water coming through my ceiling. Ishmael arrived. Very courteous and professional. Ishmael immediately went to the attic and started work. He asked me to assist and turn on the water. I was happy to be of some value :). I returned to my zoom call. A little later, I came out to check. Ishmael was writing up the work completed document. Yeah. Fast. Efficient. Professional. Effective.
