Second Opinion Plumbing is a really good company. Their technicians are experienced, knows about their work, answers all my questions. They use good quality parts, so they last longer, unlike some other companies that use cheaper parts but don't last as long and require services again. The company has a warranty for their work for TWO YEARS, which is unheard of in the business. Their price is reasonable. I have used them three times, Chris the technician is always on time, patient for my questions, pleasant and courteous and did very good work (from what I can see). I highly recommend this company.

We recently had an issue with our water softener and after reading their great reviews online, we decided to give them a try. Second Opinion did not disappoint. Joe came over and performed a diagnosis of the issue, explained what was causing the constant draining, and said he needed to order a replacement part. He came back out a few days later, and took care of the issue. We found Joe very personable and knowledgeable, and more importantly, the pricing was fair. Will definitely recommend. Great work!!

Had our water heater go out and Second Opinion Plumbing responded the next day. The technician, Charles Harvey, couldn’t have been more polite and professional throughout the exchange/installation. There was an issue with the warranty from the old heater (long story) so I opted for a new unit and full warranty. Charles and his boss/owner worked with me on cost which I greatly appreciated. Needless to say, I won’t have to shop for another plumbing company ever again. This company is solid. Honesty, professionalism, and solid customer service is difficult to find these days. Look no further. They’re legit. 🇺🇸

I had an outstanding experience with Second Opinion. I called early on Thursday morning because I'd had to shut off the water to my house. Chris came out early that afternoon and had the job finished and the water back on in half an hour. He was extremely genial and courteous, thoroughly answered all my questions, including some that were not directly related to the job at hand, and later emailed me quotes for some prospective future work I'd asked him about. Good plumbers are valuable (as we all know who've had plumbing problems we weren't sure how to fix ourselves), and I'm happy to recommend both Chris and Second Opinion.

Very quick response to our water leak issue. We were provided several options. After work was completed I asked for a sturdier method of attachment and the technician returned first next day earliest appointment and completed that task at no additional charge and without a debate. Chose SOP based on their Yelp rating to look at my water heater and they definitely lived up to it. Within 5 minutes Charles delivered the bad news that I would need a new water heater and mine was about to burst.

That said, he took the time to review everything to make sure there wasn't a some way to possibly just repair. Beyond that, he explained what to do to help maintain the new heater, and pointed out the previous unit was soldered into the pipes, so he made a point to switch them to threaded connectors so that when the new unit needs to be replaced, if I felt comfortable I could replace my self.

I really like a company that helps you understand everything and empowers you to DIY to minimize expensive services calls. Rather than losing business, for me, it cements a loyal customer that will call when there's a problem beyond their power.
