James came out late at night and was thorough, efficient and fast. He explained each step very well and our sewer was unclogged quickly. I highly recommend working with James and All Hours Plumbing.

I had a fantastic experience with this company. James was the technician that came out to perform the repair and he was extremely nice and very professional. He explained to me everything that he was going to do, he also answered all my questions. The cost of the service was also excellent in my opinion. Highly recommend and i will be using them again in the future!

James was awesome. Got to the house quickly after a pipe in the ceiling burst. Addressed and fixed the problem right away. For an emergency call price was great.

James at All Hours Plumbing was out within an hour of my call, was professional and quickly handled my issue. Took the time to explain the problem and also gave me more information on how to handle the issue in the future. 10/10 will be calling them again if I have any other problems.

Without a doubt, the best plumbing company I’ve ever used. James, the owner, is a class act and a true professional! He diagnoses the problem and then explains it in lay terms. He’s honest, straightforward and lays it all out and doesn’t candy coat anything. He gave us comfort and peace of mind when we were freaking out and worried about our major under-slab leak. He took the time to explain the problem and his course of correction of it and he was kind and compassionate to my wife who was very worried about the problem. And of course, he corrected the problem to perfection. He will completely exceed your expectations. Another HUGE quality about James and his company is that somehow he can manage to schedule you in to take care of your problem almost immediately. I would recommend James and his company for any plumbing work over any other plumbing company.

All Hours Plumbing came out to our house 9/25/2022 to repair the emergency drain on our washing machine after it came unseated, resulting in some water leaking through the floor. The technician was great, responded immediately and replaced/ sealed the new drain. After the tech left, I later tested the seal that night by pouring a small amount of water in the drain pan and the water leaked through the same path once more. I called the company back and the tech said he would be out the next morning at 10am sharp to reseal the drain and or do some additional work we discussed.

This is where the 1 star review comes in, the tech never showed up, zero communication text, call etc. When attempting to call either the Google company number or tech we had communicated previously with, I received a prompt that the number had call restrictions and is unable to complete my call (The Company appeared to have blocked both our numbers). Mind you these were the same numbers we were regularly communicating on the prior two days. Even stranger, I called each number back from a separate phone and it went through no problem.

Managed to speak with Ashley at the -2615 number and she offered no explanation and said she would look into it. Had to call her back hours later to find out she had spoken with the tech and he stated I refused "water service", issued me a refund and told me to find another plumber. I never refused any service, never asked for a refund and instead was under the impression i would be paying them for additional work as the tech and I discussed.

Overall bad experience, unprofessional, poor communication. There are plenty of other plumbing companies in the valley to choose from. To the owner, please don't bother responding to this review, the opportunity to make the situation right has since passed.

9/29/2022 Update in response to owners reply:
The initial replacement of the drain was completed as recommended by the tech, no problem that was great, happily paid. I did not demand anything of the tech the following day, simply called the tech the same night (recorded calls will verify this to be true) and noted it was still leaking after a small test and he mentioned he could come out the next day and reseal or we could opt for the outfitting of a different drain and fasten it to the floor from underneath.

9/27/2022, the tech confirmed that he would be out at 10am on 9/28/2022 to replace the drain and fasten to the floor (new job, agreed to pay for this). I never demanded anything, asked for a refund, nor refused to pay for any service; only asked if there was any flexibility on pricing for the additional work. I don’t appreciate the accusation that I am defaming anyone, get your information straight.

We had an emergency leak in our house last Friday evening and our house was flooding. We tried calling several emergency plumbing companies and this was the only one that called us back immediately. The person on the phone was very nice. They were out to our house very quickly and ahead of time. James and Josh were amazing!! They were very knowledgeable and fixed our leak very quickly. I highly recommend them!!

Had a plumbing emergency at 3pm on a Friday. Despite having finished his day and almost reached his home, James turned around and came to our house. He solved our problem at a reasonable cost. We have used him a couple of times since. He always does what he says he will do. He takes the time to explain the situation and the pricing is always fair.

We're reletively new homeowners, and we noticed a leak in our 13 year old water heater, so we called out to All Hours Plumbing. It wasn't a big leak, so we scheduled to meet the next day. James went out of his way the night we called to make sure there wasn't any major damage and to show us how to turn off the water. He was very helpful in showing us the basics, answering our questions, and getting us set up with a new water heater. Overall, we are very satisfied with the service!

I needed a plumber in the early evening and thought it would be hard to find one. When I called All Hours Plumbing the girl I spoke to was so nice and assured me the plumber would be in touch shortly. Sure enough, James came almost immediately. He was very friendly and clearly knowledgeable from the start to the finish of the job, explaining everything along the way. When things turned out much more involved than they looked, he went above and beyond to fix the problem. I highly recommend James/All Hours Plumbing and would not hesitate to call them again!

Outstanding job! Called 2 other big name companies that advertise 24/7 emergency and were told probably 48 hours at minimum. Called these guys and they were at my house within the promised 1 hour! Did a quality job on a broken patio line out of the house. James was professional and personable. I will use this company for every plumbing need at our house. Top notch and hard to find these days!!!!

We gave James and the team an emergency request to repair a broken pipe in our backyard. They said James would arrive around 6 PM, and he got to our house just before 6. When our doorbell rang on a Sunday afternoon, I don't know what I expected, but it was not a neighbor to tell us about the veritable geyser flooding our front yard and the street. One frantic call to All Hours Plumbing later, and James arrived to save the day. As fortune would have it, he was in the area and arrived in less than 10 minutes. While our neighbors had warned us that the typical plumber would try to upsell us on a lot of replacements, James is anything but typical. He diagnosed and fixed the problem in under an hour for a very reasonable price. If all of the employees at All Hours are like James, they'll be my go-to for life! Thank you, James!

I have nothing but positive things to say about this company. It took a lot longer than expected to fix my sewer problem due to old orangeburg pipe and a broken city connection. They never raised the price above what was originally quoted. James was honest and was at my house every day until everything was fixed. If you have plumbing needs, I highly recommend this company.

If your looking for a reasonable rate go through these guys. James came to my house on time and replaced my water heater. He was very friendly and professional. I’m very happy with the service and in the future will be using them and referring them to my friends. Pricing to install and replace water heater was cheaper than Home Depot and other company’s I reached out too. I promise you will not be disappointed. I’m very happy with my new water heater. Best plumbing service I've ever had! Got out here in less than an hour on Easter Sunday. James was so great and fixed everything so fast. I was panicked and he made the process so easy! Great value too.

Emergency situation in brand new house with water flooding the master bathroom. Called All Hours Plumbing and James was able to arrive within an hour. He assessed both the inside of the house and external pipe lines and then used both camera and snake to identify large tools, pipe and debris that was obstructing the outside line that ran from the house. His troubleshooting was fast, accurate and efficient. Line was cleared enough to drain most of standing water in the master bathroom. He also called a colleague to come and place dehumidifiers and dry the area as quickly as possible to hopefully prevent permanent damage until the builder and/or insurance can be called today. Really great work and experience!

We came home to a leak in our backyard irrigation system that had most likely been going all day. We quickly turned off the main water line and called All Hours Plumbing so we wouldn’t have to go a night without water. Our technician, James, arrive right at the time they projected and quickly got to work assessing the source of the leak. He was very communicative about pricing and what he was going to do before doing it. He founds the source of the leak and capped it for us in a matter of hours and gave great advice for assessing the spot of the leak for the next few days before filling back in the hole. James was great to work with, very friendly with the cats who live in our backyard, and so efficient in his work. Thanks to him we could take showers after dealing with the muddy mess before he arrived. Would highly recommend!

Just finished another great experience with All Hours Plumbing. This was the second time they've come through for us with an emergency leak, and both times were on the weekend and in the evenings. Fast response, thorough fix, and great price. Absolutely pleased with this company and the service James provided. Highly recommended!

I came home from work and my main line to the street was leaking and backing up- no way this could wait until morning. James was at my house within the hour to diagnose the problem. He used their state of the art camera to show me the mess of roots that had grown into the line. He freed it up enough to get through the night, giving me options for next steps. I had him come back the next day with high power equipment and he was able to 100%clear the line and show me that the integrity of the pipe was still solid. Their prices were so reasonable and everything was spelled out upfront. I’m so grateful for their quick response and wonderful customer service.
