Have an outside water leak...most likely city pipe coming to the house - called a couple of the well-known folks and they were all anxious to write a quote, but less anxious to stop the leak. Second Opinion came out as scheduled...worked to find and stop the leak, and then develop a plan for a permanent solution - Charlie their guy...was courteous, knowledgeable and hard working. I have found my guys......

Nicholas installed a new mister system for us. The quote was reasonable and he did a great job!! We will be using Second Opinion for all our future plumbing needs. No pressure, great work!

I got a new RO system. The price was amazing and the service even more so, if that can be. I will use Second Opinion for all of my plumbing and ac needs. Kyle serviced the ordering and installation of the RO. He is polite, knowledgeable, responsible and very skilled. Excellent business!

Charles Harvey is the technician who set up my RO. It is working great! I was given a quote before setup and he did not press me to make decisions that would not work for me. I appreciate the thoroughness and transparency.

I called Second Opinion Plumbing late evening and they came out the next morning first thing. Their response time was incredible and they fixed the problem within a couple hours. Our main line was blocked up and they cleared it and showed us what the issue was and how to prevent it in the future. Great work and highly recommend them.

This was a great company. They were incredibly friendly on the phone and I was shocked how quickly they were able to come fix our faucet leak. Clayton was a class act and very professional, friendly and easy to talk to. I would definitely hire them again for future jobs.

Austin was great! He was willing to answer all of my questions regarding our A/C and condenser unit. He was on time, professional, and courteous. I had a water related emergency and Second Opinion was able to send out a tech the same day I called! I would highly recommend them for any A/C or plumbing needs! FAIR PRICING TOO! My service technician was Aaron, who was very knowledgeable about my issue. He was able to fix the problem in very little time, was very neat and clean about it, and when he left, we couldn't tell he was even there.

Second Opinion Plumbing were great! We were having issues with our hot water heater and it was time to be replaced. They were able to come to our home quickly and replaced our hot water heater in no time! They were very professional, affordable and easy to work with!

Jake was amazing! We were replacing a shower that was installed over 30 years ago and it was a very difficult job. Jake was able to troubleshoot the multiple problems that arose and got the job done. Second Opinion Plumbing (and Jake, if he wants to come back) will be our first call for future plumbing projects.

After having a wonderful experience the first time around, I called and spoke with Tawni about another plumbing service. She provided wonderful customer service and wanted to ensure all of my questions were answered. Today we had Second Opinion Plumbing replace our standard water heater with a tankless water heater. Kyle called before arriving, walked me through the process and completed the install thoroughly. They did a great job with our new system and vacuumed/swept up the debris from the install.

Our house’s water heater sprung a leak in the morning. Charles from Second Opinion came out the same day, assessed the issue, and recommended we replace our water heater. He clearly explained the issues and options to me and my landlord and was very professional. A few hours later, we had a brand new water heater with all brand new hardware!

Our home was built in the 70's. When we decided to get a new refrigerator I wanted to make sure being the princess that I am that we would have ice and water available.

Anyone who knows anything about water in Arizona knows we have hard water and pipes break. Well this happened when my hubby went to change out the fixture. Thankfully he's smart and had the water turned off. See picture for visual. So now the hunt is on for a plumber.

This was my First option! Matthew was the technician. He called me ahead of time and promptly arrived. I had a strange sound in shower while it was off that got progressively worse each day. He spent a long time trying to find the source. He found the problem . We ordered parts and he returned the next day to install. Voila! I am so happy to find this company.

Charles was our plumber from Second Opinion Plumbing Who relocated our washing machine drain line & water line for our fridge during a remodel we are undertaking. He was awesome & very accommodating and did a great job at a very reasonable price. Our company will definitely be using their services again.

Wow is all i can say! I had a catastrophic plumbing problem and called second opinion out. They were at my house that day and told me what the problem is. They told me what all needed to be done and gave me a fair estimate. I called them back and said yes let’s do it. They were here the next morning and did what they said and my problem is fixed.
