The owner was very professional and knowledgeable. Fixed my leaking shower without any problems and for a lower price than other companies I got a quote from. Highly recommended!

Vitaliy came to my house a few weeks ago to help me drain my hot water heater. We found a lot of calcium deposits as expected. A homeowner should drain their heater every 6 months to a year depending on usage. While he was at the house he also came upstairs to check our master bath room shower drain. His snake was more effective than Draino.

Next he walked 10 feet to my wife's drain on her side of the bathroom. Having a woman with long hair before us and my wife also having long hair, lets just say he was able to open the drain. Happy to have a good plumber local to me!

I first found ViTech on Angies List when I first moved to Phoenix. Since then, they've been back to my house for various things 3 or 4 times. Every time they are responsive, reasonable and very professional. Add to that list, respectful. Today when Vitaliy arrived he was wearing a face mask and asked whether he should remove his shoes. Just all around great company to work with.

I would like to recommend Vitaliy. My old toilet was leaking so I contacted Vitaliy to fix it. He came over right after I called and did everything very quickly. It was amazing how easy he made the whole thing. I would definitely recommend him to others.

Our home started flooding late Saturday afternoon, due to a blockage in the sewer line. We called our home warranty company, who dispatched another company that wouldn't come out for 24 hours, even though our house was flooding. The home warranty company then contacted VITech, who agreed to come out within 30 minutes, regardless of the fact that it was 5:30 pm on a Saturday. They worked to diagnose and correct the problem and encountered a few difficulties. They did not give up and worked until 8:15 pm to resolve our problem. This type of customer-centric business is rare these days and it was very much appreciated! Most other companies would've either given up the later it became or they wouldn't have come out the same day. We are so pleased to have found this company and would definitely recommend them!

As a remodeling contractor, I have worked with various plumbing companies. With that being said, I will now only be working with one. Vitaly can do it all. He is an absolute pro. Knowing how bad the water is in Arizona. I finally decided to do something about it. A friend suggested I call vitech. I made an appointment on Wednesday for a consultation. He showed up on time and was extremely knowledgeable. He came on Friday to install a reverse osmosis system. He was again on time and completed the work quickly and cleanly. Vitech is also extremely reasonably priced. I have recommended him to my friends that need any plumbing help.

Vitaliy came to help me with flushing our tankless hot water heater, which I had put in over two years ago. He asked me when the last time I had it flushed and of course I had not ever had it done, the person who installed it never told me I would need to do it about every year. Because it was so bad from the build up Vitaliy had to order a part from the company to get this fixed. He then only charged me for the part and not his labor -he - because he knew the company that installed it was negligent in not informing the customer on the maintenance required. Because I knew Vitaliy was honest I have put his phone number in my phone and I only call him for my plumbing needs. I recommend Vitality to everyone I know with plumbing needs.

I had a water softener issue on Saturday afternoon, I called Vitech, at first he said Monday is the earliest that he could come but when he heard that I had to shot the water off, he couldn't leave me without water over the weekend so he said he will come about an hour.
He showed up and recommend to replace the softener since it is old( 20 years) i said i don't have money to replace it at this time. He suggested to make a loop and connect the pipe without softener so we can have a water till I make my decision and he won't charge me for that.
WOW that is business model that won't go wrong .
