Contacted Jim to install a water heater. Requested a Bradford which he said he could get and install. After 4 months, had issues with the water heater and after a few days came back out to inspect. Said a couple of the parts went bad and needed to be replaced. Ordered and came back out a few days later with parts and said it would be $400 to replace. Of course I wasn't happy after a 4 month old unit and called the manufacturer and was told labor is covered for 1 year with their contractors. Jim knew this but thought he could just get the going rate for the repair and didn't say anything until I declined the service. He had already started the job and was 10 minutes into it so just left with the heater dismantled. Now the unit is not usable as it was before and I have no hot water for 5-6 days until contractor can come out. Jim will do just about anything for a buck and stated he doesn't do "cheap jobs" and looks for high end customers. Watch your pocket book as he's out for the money and not your satisfaction.

James came out within 45 minutes of my emergency call. I had a flood in my laundry room with the kitchen sinks backed up. I had this issue addressed by another company only 6 weeks ago and it was not resolved. James educated me on what was needed to be done for the future and addressed my issue quickly. Absolutely incredible service from James and his team! Our water heater decided to start leaking at the worst possible time—right as my mother-in-law flew into town for a visit. Of course! I was dreading dealing with it over the weekend, but James came through in a big way. He was at my house within an hour of my call and had a brand-new water heater installed and running in less than three hours. Fast, efficient, and professional!

The pricing was more than fair, especially given the urgency of the situation. But what really set them apart was their dedication to customer service. Two days later, I noticed some water pooling in my laundry room and panicked, thinking it was an issue with the new installation. James came back out at no charge, thoroughly inspected everything, and quickly determined that the leak had nothing to do with the water heater—it was actually coming from my washing machine. He not only diagnosed the problem but also helped me troubleshoot a fix.

Had the shower fixture replaced, working and looking beautiful in under 1 and half hours! Switched from a manufactured home shower handle to a Moen residential set and couldn't be happier!
