My warranty company used them for our water heater repair. The plumber that actually did the replacement was terrific, as was the office staff. The plumber that did the initial inspection to determine the severity of the problem didn’t bother to loop the line or even suggest it to me until I called him 5 days later to check on the arrival of the new unit and ask why the tank was still leaking (he never checked to see if the tank was fully drained, either). As a result, I had a garage full of water for a good amount of that time, causing what I hope is only superficial cosmetic damage. I will absolutely use them again (in fact, I already have an appointment scheduled), but will only see the plumber that installed the heater; I will not let the first one work on my house again.

I'm so glad that I used this business they were very nice and very helpful from the minute they answer the phone. Michelle was very nice and sweet and try to work me in. Also the installation Mike was very nice very helpful very sweet unfortunately my water heater was not very very easy to install he had to take down the Shelf to get it in which was more time and more extra work but he's very committed to getting this done and even during his late hours of his shift I would highly recommend them and I would use them again if needed.

Jeff F was great. I met him at a friends house and he was very welcoming, informative, and explained everything he did for her in layman’s terms. And I was sold. He came by and the visit was the same. He was very helpful and explained things and gave me tips on maintaining the system. Thank you very much Jeff.

We had a great experience with the company. We were introduced to Call Us through a home warranty company and could not have been happier. We were curious about a tankless water heater and Call Us answered all of the questions and did the install in a timely fashion with the plumber staying until 930pm just to keep their word of giving us hot water by the promised day

The garbage disposal was replaced promptly.
The replacement was with a cheaper model. Andrew took the time to explain that warranty will only cover builder's model and not exact replacement. But I will have to take this up with the warranty company. I would highly recommend Andrew Walker and this service.

The initial visit took care of drain and faucets. A new water heater has to be replaced so that did not happen today. I went through my home warranty and the water heater has already been approved for installation. Andrew was very professional and answered all my questions regarding replacement and time frame of receiving new water heater. Great job!

My home warranty company contracted with Call Us Plumbing. The problem was a broken handle on my faucet. The tech was prompt and polite. I am, however, not satisfied with the quality of the repair. The broken handle is back on and working, but it is very loose and feels as if it will come off again any minute. I mentioned it to him and he said that was the best he could do….not very happy over here.

Your company installed a new water heater for me on April 30, plumber also changed the copper pipe. I noticed some water leaks from the connection from the new copper pipe on July 14 . It should be just a small flaws, easy fix . I called your office couple times , no solution for me and you guys just kicking the ball . The fact is Your plumber didn't do the job properly , the water might have been leaking from day one who knows . . Just Don't be believe any decent plumbing company would not warranty their job for after 2 months , Your Customer service is horrible, very disappointed !!!!

This is the second or maybe third time they have helped us! And each time, the service's quick and clean. We had a toilet that the water refilling the tank would not stop. This would cost lots of money on the water bill. Andrew came and detected the issue and had it fixed in minutes!! He was in and out so fast that I still had time to drop the kids off at school. Highly recommended 👌!!

Michelle in the office is amazing. She was quick to respond and kept me updated about my water heater. The technician was friendly although he was 4 hours late for the first appointment and didn’t bother to call. When he removed the old water heater, it dumped water all in my garage. Ruined some boxes of personal stuff and flooded into my house and in my pantry. Thank goodness I checked to see what was going on or it could have been worse. After the installation my new water heater was leaking at 3 different spots. The technician didn’t use plumbing tape or grease to seal the fittings.

Andrew did fantastic work and was very professional. He even helped us work out the best ways to fix some smaller issues at our request while handling our more urgent issue. I will definitely us Call Us Plumbing in the future and am comfortable in referring them to others.

Took care of our failed water heater, quickly, professionally, and Jeff was friendly and helpful! Andrew also helped massively when he facetimed me to help me shut off the water to the water heater as it was flooding our garage. I hope if we have another problem that they will be called out to help with our warranty service.

Billy and Call Us did a fantastic job fixing our shut-off valve and the whole pipe assembly that was leaking. He was on-time, knowledgeable and friendly and got the job done quickly! Michelle H in the office is awesome! She's organized and on the ball. I was assigned them through Oneguard and not only will continue to request them for those warranty repairs, but will use them for any plumbing needs I have that aren't covered. Five stars all around!!

Josh, Jeff, and Billy are the standard of excellence when it comes to quality work and craftsmanship. Their attention to detail and professionalism is beyond reproach. Feel free to do your own research but I am not. I am very impressed and the experts at Call-Us Plumbing are now my go to company. I look forward to many more projects in the future. Fast! The problem was diagnosed, the Garbage Disposal was replaced and they even found an issue with the dishwasher missing a washer and fixed that too all under 10 minutes from when they arrived at my front door. The repair was done right at the right price! Service that is fast, good quality and reasonably priced - that is something is something I didn't think existed anymore but this company has turned me into a believer!

Plumbing issues are never fun. My garbage disposal broke and I submitted the claim through my home warranty company. It was easy to make the appointment. The service guy called to let me know he was on the way. He arrived on time, was friendly & professional, and done in less than ten minutes. Couldn’t ask for anything more. Thanks!

Michelle in scheduling was really helpful and responsive and our technician Mike went out of his way to make sure our issue was resolved in both a timely way as well as doing great work! Jeff came out to diagnose/fix the problem, but was unable to correct it, so Bill came out an hour later and fixed it. Jeff was courteous, professional and meticulous, he just didn't have the exact equipment needed. I thought I would have to wait a few days to get Bill out, but amazingly, he called about an hour after Jeff left, and showed up with the item needed to fix my problem. He, too, was courteous, professional, and meticulous. Kudos to this company for the care they show their customers!!

Josh and Billy are a life saver! They didn’t give up when we were having issues with our tankless hot water system. Our home warranty was not allowing any new cases and did not care that we did not have hot water in our master bath. Josh and Billy came first thing the next business day and didn’t leave until we had hot water in our master bath! They went way out of their way to make sure we were happy and had hot water in our master bath!

Best of the best! Communication was amazing tight up to arrival, with real time tracking. Clyde was polite, professional and resolved our issue quickly.
