Reliant plumbing is a great family owned business. We had some major plumbing issues and they took care of the work in a clean and efficient manner. They delivered the bad news very professionally and communicated very well throughout the process. They ran a camera multiple times to show the existing condition, the progress along the way and the final results. Can’t recommend these guys enough for all your plumbing needs!

These guys are very professional, punctual and super nice. They did a large job on my house and completed everything in 3 days. Each guy had a specific skill and knocked it out of the park as far as quality of work. Ceasar was very knowledgeable and detailed with work and communicated with me several times a day on progress. Marlin was a sweetheart and very good at his job along with all the other guys. I feel very fortunate that I found these guys considering most companies will rip you off. Thanks again guys.

I couldn’t have asked for better service from a plumbing company! I have had some really bad experiences with other companies that were unprofessional, overpriced and inconsistent. Reliant plumbing not only gave me exceptional service, but also provided me some knowledgeable information about my water pressure and my drainage. Every individual that I spoke with was extremely professional and courteous as well as sympathetic to my concerns. They did not pressure me into paying for an unwanted service. They were punctual, respectful of my home and time and even gave my son some attention by creatively explaining to him what they were doing. Thank you Reliant for your speedy & seamless service. We had a drain and leakage problem. Manny was here within 2 hours, fixed both issues. When he told me the price my jaw dropped: it was a third of what I expected.
I recommend Reliant more favorably than any other plumbing service over the decades my wife and I have been home owners.

We recently had a major plumbing issue with our townhome's sewer line. Reliant Plumbing took excellent care of us and we appreciated their reliability, excellent workmanship, and customer service. They put everything back as if they had never been here, including the front yard. I will recommend them to everyone I know.

Great service by Cesar. He called to let us know he was on the way. He unplugged the toilet drain with a snake and then gave us helpful tips to prevent reoccurance. We really appreciate his info. $37 for the unplugging service is reasonable. We called this morning and was here within a couple hours.

One thing I have learned is that trying to find a company that isn't all about the money and more about the customer is few and far between. The gentleman that came out (I am SO sorry! I suck with banes🤦🏼‍♀️) was patient and very knowledgeable. He gave suggestions on how to repair the issue and also a choice on if I wanted to attempt the repair or have them do it. Who does that?!?! So I am going to give it a shot but you can bet that if I can't do it, I will be calling them back. AND for any other future plumbing needs that may arise. Thank you!!

You look up the word reliant in Websters dictionary and you immediately see a picture of reliant plumbing. Proudly flying the $37 snake special. Which I shamelessly took advantage of, not only was it exactly as promised it was fixed and done within 20 minutes. True professionals through and through would use them again no question.

Our toilet tank wouldn’t stop running water. Manny was our technician and he was very reliable, clear, and honest in our different options. They responded and got our problem fixed very quickly.

These guys showed up and gave our problem their undivided attention in the dark evening hours. They showed up quickly, prepared and ready to tackle our clogged standpipe. We were told by many others that the job was too big. Pipe was too big. Others said they were not equipped with a powerful jetter that we needed. Not Reliant! They tackled a very important issue for us and were able to get us back on line. Thank you guys!

Had an issue this morning with one of my faucet . Called to get some help and Sergio came by. Sergio showed up on time and gave me a run down , he did an amazing job!!! Would totally recommend!

Valdez brothers recently (November 2025) replaced the entire plumbing system in our house in Rio Rancho,NM. The piping was originally installed with weaker than desired PVC piping, and began to leak. This was endemic in our neighborhood. It took them only 2 day to do the entire house ( except the line from the meter to the house). Kobe Valdez managed the project very well and his crew did a great job. He patiently explained what he did and that everything was by code. With a lifetime warranty it was a good result. I’d highly recommend them for your plumbing repairs.

My neighbor had an emergency toilet repair and Reliant came out same day to scope the damage. I asked that since they were already here if there would be a fee to check my house as well (they waived it entirely). They were more than happy to run the camera and holy smokes, good thing they did! The pipe running the length of my house to the sewer had cracks all along it and one massive enough for roaches to climb in and out. Safe to say it needed immediate work and Reliant got right to it that same afternoon. An entire length of pipe plus demolition in 4 places was wrapped up in a week. They even recommended a great company to lay some much needed tile downstairs. These guys were so friendly, professional, and clearly dedicated to doing a job worthy of public review. My urging friends from other states and countries to come have plumbing issues here in Phoenix just to bring Reliant more work, that says enough, right?
