Carlos at Reliant is the man! He is my go to for all my personal and professional plumbing needs. I had a large repair that I didn’t anticipate. Carlos walked me through all my options and gave me sound advice to make best decision. Always on time and communication is A+.

High quality service, transparent pricing, and prompt response time. Caesar did an amazing job fixing the clog in our kitchen sink within 15 minutes. He was up front about what he might need to do to fix the problem and gave helpful solutions for the future. Reliant charged $37 while other companies were trying to charge me $200-$500 to fix the same problem. I will suggest this company to all of my friends and family.

I called Reliant when our Rennai water heater started acting up and the plumber who installed it wasn’t returning my texts. Reliant was thorough in its inspection: patiently eliminating root causes, ensuring they only suggested the more complex option if a simpler fix didn’t work. Sergio was especially kind to come out on Christmas Eve and was so nice my kids gave him handful of peppermints! 10/10 recommend.

First off no pressure when dealing with Ceasar. He was awesome to deal with. Showed up on time very professional and he's a people person which I love. The guys on his team are also very knowledgeable and they come in and start working. They were very respectful of my home and cleaned up everything before they left. They also made sure I was happy with the job and explained everything through the whole process. I had pipes replaced for a drain that was clogged and they showed me everything through the camera as it went down the pipes. I dont like calling a plumber, but wouldn't hesitate to call this crew out again in the future. Family owned business that values customer service. I called Reliant for the unclog special when faced with a clog that was not reachable with the tools I own. Within an hour a technician, Cesar, was on the spot to provide friendly, affordable, and professional service. He was quick, informative, and knowledgeable, even being mindful to leave no trace in our home. I would absolutely call Reliant again and am thrilled to support a local family-owned business. Responded to an emergency response, and replaced what needed to get fixed same day during the cold times definitely needed the water heater so it’s good as new. He was hospitable & responsive.

Alex, the owner, returned my call to ask what I needed his help with concerning my water heater. After a brief conversation he explained he could help but suggested I go buy the tool myself which would save me over $100. I thanked Alex for his honesty and suggestion.

Alexander did a great job repairing a variety of leaks in the house as well as isolating the irrigation and pool fill sytem for the water in ther house. Professional and very tidy work. Would highly recommend.
